AI app builder has transformed internal tools and now empowers business teams to build workflows
The best features Lovable offers include natural language processing which converts it as a full app generation and full-stack development in one place. Lovable is designed to make app development feel simple for non-technical users; instead of coding, you just describe what you want, which makes non-technical users able to try out and test many things by themselves. There is minimal setup required, so you don't need to configure servers, databases manually, and backend, front end, and hosting are handled automatically, allowing you to start building immediately. The fast learning curve allows building apps in a few hours and making updates instantly while understanding how things work through visual feedback. Real-time editing lets you see what you want through your text, and Lovable is quite flexible, making it more powerful. Lovable has positively impacted our organization by significantly reducing development time and increasing productivity across teams, allowing us to deliver tools faster and improve responsiveness to business needs.

Automation has transformed project and inventory workflows and improves revenue forecasting
The best features QuickBase offers include being a no-code software, meaning it is very easy to use even for new users. It also provides life cycle management, workflow management, and dashboards. The dashboards and workflow management help my team significantly, as they have a drag-and-drop interface and prebuilt templates, which play a pivotal role in creating custom applications. Those features also help provide the ability to manage the entire application life cycle with QuickBase easily. Integration has been very seamless with our overall IT stack. The user interface is very user-friendly and intuitive, which makes it very easy to use, together with the no-code aspect. Any kind of personnel can use this tool easily.

Cons

"Lovable can be improved by having more predictable credit usage, as it uses a credit-based system where each action or prompt consumes credit depending on the complexity, which is one thing to consider while scaling because pricing will make a big impact."
"Not everything is perfectly intuitive and some features require you to write some code and/or formulas (for example, setting up recurring tasks or appointments, or color-coding fields based on their values)."
"Unavailability of the support site in case of issues or site down leads to a bad user experience; this has happened recently which added to distrust."
"The only advice again is on templates because many companies want to aggregate customer information into a template to submit to either execs or to the customer and QuickBase uses exact forms which are not very helpful and often do not contain the customer logo."
"I wish it had a better calendar feature."
"The dashboard is not organized."
"I would like to see better options for producing paper reports from Quick Base, rather than viewing things exclusively on screen."

What do you like most about QuickBase?
The most valuable feature of QuickBase is its dynamic form capabilities. These forms allow backend automation, making tasks like updating data based on specific conditions much easier.
What is your experience regarding pricing and costs for QuickBase?
I did not have any involvement with pricing, setup cost, or licensing.
What needs improvement with QuickBase?
The table size limits are small for really large apps. While I agree that there needs to be a cap on the size, it would be nice to adjust it up when needed. Also, the cost can be a bit prohibitive,...
