Team meetings have become more productive and video transcripts support ongoing collaboration
Loom Business - Enterprise provides transcripts, which is very helpful. Moreover, whenever needed, users can come back to refer to those videos or meetings, making it very important. The best feature Loom Business - Enterprise offers is video recording. This feature stands out because of its ease of use, quality, and accessibility by anyone in the team. The transcripts from Loom Business - Enterprise are pretty good and accurate, making it a very reliable platform. Loom Business - Enterprise has made team meetings more efficient as sometimes team members are unable to participate. We can create video references for them to connect with others who missed the meeting. This makes the overall meeting more productive despite some members being absent. Since using Loom Business - Enterprise, communication has become more efficient because meeting videos are recorded and made available for anyone who was not present in the meeting.

Threaded collaboration has transformed how our team tracks tickets and monitors automation updates
One suggestion I would make for improving Slack Business - Enterprise is the support of multimedia such as images and videos that we can easily share through Slack. That would be great. Additionally, another thing is AI integration; if Slack has some AI capabilities to get insights about conversations or summarization, that would be a great feature. If Slack has an AI feature that can summarize a particular Slack thread and provide a summary of that, that would be a great feature for us. I would rate it a ten if it comes with some AI features, particularly using generative AI to produce summarization and other kinds of insights from communication in a more secure, data-secure way.

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"It's on the more expensive side."
"I would rate the tool's pricing a four out of ten."
"Slack is definitely worth the money."
"It is an affordable solution."
"The pricing can range up to about twenty bucks a user. You can spend a lot of money, especially if you're talking about thousands of users. Generally speaking, Slack is less expensive than Teams. Slack doesn't include all the bells and whistles that Teams does. So you can go from a $6 license in Microsoft 365 to a $50 license per user per month, and there's a lot more you can do in the $50 license."
"The solution’s pricing is cheap."
"The tool's pricing could be cheaper."
"We use the free version that does not have a license."
