Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"What I like the most is the fact that I can just mark anything and it is automatically copied into the clipboard.""The ability to autofill the login credentials has saved me a lot of time in my day to day computing.""I like a couple of things about this solution. Being able to share passwords with other people is valuable. You can see if the information is out on the dark web and whether you have weak passwords and the last time they were changed. You could also have the 2FA or MFA codes embedded in the application so that you don't have to use your phone or any other 2FA device, which is something very important.""Keeper was user-friendly."

"The ease of deployment, ease of use, and speed of delivery is what I like about Okta Workforce Identity. It is very easy to use. For a lot of software, you need to be trained extensively and have a very technical background. Okta Workforce Identity is quite simple. You can integrate any software into Okta. They've got a network of 7,000 applications that easily integrate into it.""It is dependent on the evolution of your user base. It depends on usage per user, so the more sign-ins there are, the more expensive it becomes, so it works best for smaller companies from a financial perspective.""The product requires very little maintenance.""Its simplicity and its integration with various vendor-agnostic platforms are the most valuable features.""Having a single sign-on to all our applications.""The initial setup is easy.""The most valuable features are ease of operation and visibility.""The MFA part is the best. MFA provided most of the security that we were looking at with respect to the second level of authentication. Okta Workforce Identity provides a number of options with respect to multifactor authentication, such as the app, phone call, and text. These options provide different ways of logging in for users, and they were a lot more than what we needed. This is certainly a very good feature of Okta Workforce Identity."

Cons
"Room for improvement in my eyes would be being able to share my credit cards and other types of information. The only thing they really share is passwords, and you can only do it with one password at a time. When you're trying to share it out or trying to remove it from being shared, you can't do multiple selections.""I would love it if you didn't have to re-authenticate when you start up a new browser.""The organization of items needs improvement. For example, when I log onto the cloud version as well, everything is shown on my folder. It is hard to differentiate between files and documents in my list of items I have stored inside."

More Keeper Cons →

"They also have single sign-on (SSO). When we bought Okta Workforce Identity a year and a half ago, I was also looking at SSO, but not much documentation was available for SSO. The documentation for SSO should be a little more robust for somebody who is implementing it for the first time.""You can't hide the device when you're checking logs.""The solution should have greater on-premises availability, not just cloud and more package customization in its processing.""SSO and MFA for improved end-user experience, and protection against password spray attacks, account password self-service.""Application updates are lacking. Customer support needs to be improved.""The initial setup can be complex at first.""The lifecycle management part can be improved. It should also have identity governance and the ability to choose a specific factor authentication at the application level. Its licensing and pricing can also be improved.""The solution can be quite expensive."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "We chose their optional annual subscription; I believe we paid monthly — I thought it was a good deal."
  • "The pricing is available on the vendor's website."
  • "Its price is reasonable."
  • More Keeper Pricing and Cost Advice →

  • "It could be a bit too pricey for small companies. Okta Workforce Identity can add a lot of benefits, but smaller companies may not have a lot of applications that need to be managed by Okta Workforce Identity. In larger organizations, there are more departments, applications, and users to manage. Okta Workforce Identity adds a bit more value to those bigger organizations. In addition to standard licensing fees, there are also additional costs for things"
  • "License is around US$20,000 annually."
  • "I believe it competes well. The pricing is pretty competitive. I know that Microsoft also provides something similar with its MFA and identity services."
  • "It is costly for large companies."
  • "The price of this product could be lower."
  • "It has a yearly subscription. As compared to its competitors, it is quite expensive. It also has a complex licensing model."
  • "The pricing is reasonable."
  • "This solution is costly. Pricing is decent if you have less users, but it significantly goes up the more users you have, with its cost not justified."

It's my personal opinion, but it was a classic UI and now the UI is different. I was used to the old UI and when I moved from the old to new, I found it a bit difficult.
