I have recommendations for making it easier to customize. I used to work in a tech company, so it's very easy to do that in-house, and our team did that. It's not easy to customize for a regular user though. In the world of generative AI where it's easy for you to connect different tools, APIs, etc., HubSpot Marketing Hub still requires some customization. For example, if you want to make sure it's connected with a custom CRM or some other CRM, there is some fair bit of modification that's required. Some main differences in my experience between HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce are that Salesforce is a bit un-user-friendly. I have to be fair, I haven't used Salesforce too much, but I think HubSpot Marketing Hub is much more user-friendly.

The best features Iterable offers include customer journey creation, customer success, and audience segmentation. Audience segmentation makes it easy to work with even if you are a first-time user because this platform is very user-friendly. Iterable does a great job of visually showing the logic and the add or none type rules. Iterable has positively impacted my organization, and I have noticed several changes since adopting it. The positive impact includes that Iterable has really saved us time, and for the cost, we are getting amazing value out of the product. We could not do much of our marketing without it, as it has elevated our marketing campaigns and is also one of the best tools to drive customer retention. It has really retained higher customer engagement, and when it comes to testing functionality, we have ramped up our testing with our own machine learning tools to pair with Iterable AI tools to power up our customer engagement strategies in my organization. Specifically, Iterable has greatly impacted my company's ability to drive customer engagement at scale by 70 percent. We are able to personalize and create meaningful, moment-based marketing with ease and continue to learn and test as we progress. One of the biggest business benefits I have seen from using Iterable is that it has been really helpful in elevating our marketing strategy and retaining our customers.
