Securiti reduced manual effort and costs, provided efficient data management, and minimized downtime, aiming for further improvements.
I have seen a return on investment, and the biggest one is saving time.
Neetwork Security Engineer at a consultancy with 1-10 employees
With more automation in the SOC and the implementation of the next generation SOC, the headcount required for around-the-clock monitoring of ever increasing IT assets has gone down drastically.
Chief Manager (Information Technology) at a financial services firm with 10,001+ employees
I have seen a return on investment, as I believe we saved time; we could save a lot of time searching for important data and critical data on our network.

Customer Service

Sentiment score
5.9
Forcepoint DLP gets mixed reviews for support, with praise for technical staff but issues with slow response and escalation.
Sentiment score
6.2
Securiti support varies, with responsive Asia-Pacific teams and helpful training, but inconsistent technical staff effectiveness.
They conduct sessions to check logs and policies, unlike Symantec, where engineers may temporarily check and ask for logs, causing delays.
Cyber Security Technical Engineer at a consultancy with 10,001+ employees
I expect that ticket alignment within Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention support should depend on the type of case, and that is not there.
Senior Manager, Risk at LTFS
We were very happy with the technical support engineers that are supporting us.
Senior CyberSecurity Consultant at a computer software company with 51-200 employees
The team in Asia-Pacific has been particularly supportive and generous with partners, providing comprehensive assistance and material.

Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention offers scalable solutions for varying business sizes, easily expanding via supplemental servers and additional licenses.

Securiti offers scalable solutions, though experiences vary, requiring customization and support for optimal horizontal and vertical scaling.
The key principle of a scalable DLP uses a single policy engine across multiple data channels such as endpoint, email, web, cloud, and network.
Data Security Specialist at BOK
It is easily scalable because it is purely deployed on on-premises and with less downtime.
Senior CyberSecurity Consultant at a computer software company with 51-200 employees
Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention performs well in terms of scalability, as it can handle growth because the license is a trust-based license, so it will not block the growth.

The tools allow for quick building and testing, reducing overall deployment time.

Room For Improvement

Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention needs UI, language support, training improvements, plus enhanced deployment, integration, reporting, and AI capabilities.
Securiti needs enhanced support, documentation, automation, AI, communication, fraud prevention, cost estimation, and performance in large environments.
While Forcepoint is mostly on-premises, I suggest that to compete with Symantec, they should consider cloud solutions.
Cyber Security Technical Engineer at a consultancy with 10,001+ employees
The AI component is missing in Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention, where based on user behavior analytics, it could give us suggestions.
Senior Manager, Risk at LTFS
Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention is already capable enough to integrate with data classification tools such as Boldon James and Microsoft MIP.
Senior CyberSecurity Consultant at a computer software company with 51-200 employees
It would be beneficial if Securiti had a feature similar to data mesh, allowing users to directly access remote data through the Securiti UI.
Founder at Kaizentric Technologies Private Limited
It's hard to estimate the cost. They should help with the cost estimation.
Data Scientist, Protection of Personal Information, Information Security at Eviden France
Despite them having connectors and ongoing product improvements, there are challenges with data lineage and updating relationships modules that don't match OneTrust's capabilities.
Senior Manager at KPMG

Setup Cost

Forcepoint DLP pricing is high, with a minimum 250 licenses, offering negotiable annual, perpetual, and subscription options.
Securiti pricing is moderate with flexible enterprise agreements, but deployment costs vary and can rise over time.
There have been situations where the license expired before the purchased license was sent, resulting in the DLP being out of service.
Information Security Officer at Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI)
The pricing is reasonable and medium, not very low, but fair for the product offered.
Cyber Security Technical Engineer at a consultancy with 10,001+ employees
My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing for Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention is that the pricing was reasonable.
Neetwork Security Engineer at a consultancy with 1-10 employees

Valuable Features

Forcepoint DLP offers advanced data protection with machine learning, OCR, customizable policies, regulatory compliance, and extensive reporting capabilities.
Securiti offers user-friendly, comprehensive data management and compliance tools, including automated data intelligence, risk management, and training resources.
It provides multiple customization options for policies, which makes it superior to Symantec.

It supports 50 file types and continuously improves accuracy with user feedback, enabling auto-discovery across cloud, endpoint, and on-premises data stores without extra cost of repeated scans.

Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention's email workflow checks whether emails sent from the office are forbidden by DLP rules and sends a notification to the manager accordingly.
Information Security Officer at Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI)
A specific feature I find effective is the sensitive data intelligence (SDA) module, which is very useful for automating compliance processes.

I find the zero trust network, zero trust architecture, ZTA, most valuable and unique in Securiti.

Quarantine workflows have shifted risk to business and provide strong PII protection across channels
Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention can be improved because the options nowadays involve the use of AI. The approach of Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention is still very traditional, where I have to create the policy for each and everything. The AI component is missing in Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention, where based on user behavior analytics, it could give us suggestions. This type of improvement is needed in Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention. Additionally, the hardware costing goes up when it comes to Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention because it requires large resources in the implementation part. Not regarding the user interface, but nowadays other DLP solutions have come up with the CASB part and the SaaS platform they are providing. Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention is still lagging there, and I have to rely on the on-premises setups. The management part has been difficult as I have to patch the servers, restart them, and regularly take backups. These are a few tedious things that I have to do while managing Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention. This part also needs to be improved in Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention.

Have built a zero trust foundation that protects customer data and reduces business risk
To improve Securiti, I would say that ultimately the IT team as well as the business team, there has to be an amalgamation of their thought process, convergence of their thoughts, objectives, aspirations for achieving the business objective of a particular organization. The way forward is to form the fusion team wherein there is a judicious mix of business and IT and both the teams understand each other's limitations and the aspirations and the common objectives. As far as needed improvements in Securiti, I would say that automation is key. If you look at the kind of huge amount of data which SOC integrated devices are generating in terms of alerts, automation or the appropriate use of AI is the way forward. That will lead to the overall improvement in the efficiency as well as the threat intelligence will be much more accurate. To my mind, automation with the augmented use of GenAI or the agentic AI solution is the way forward. I choose eight for Securiti because for it to be a nine or 10, ultimately the uptime has to be improved, it should be nearing 100%. Apart from that, there has to be more unified communication happening between various customer facing applications. These siloed applications having their own kind of security solutions implemented also have to be brought on a uniform platform. Until that happens, there is always a gap which has to be filled. The processes within the SOC, whether it is SIEM, NBAD, or your DAM, alert analysis, logs analysis, these have to be predictive analysis, and the thwarting of the cyber attacks still requires more effort.
