We performed a comparison between Bizagi and Oracle BPM based on real PeerSpot user reviews.
Find out in this report how the two Business Process Management (BPM) solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."Bizagi is flexible. I can share things with other consultants because it is the most commonly used software in my community. It has been a great and good resource for us in making sure that we adhere to the process."
"This is a free solution that allows us to create quality visualizations for our company."
"Bizagi is really great for beginners because it's user-friendly and you can learn in it quickly, whereas other similar software are harder."
"I find Bizagi so user friendly. I also think that its modeling abilities are great and it's easy to teach them to new users."
"What I find most valuable is the flexibility, I find it very easy to use and very flexible for my purpose. I can use it without any particular problem, and it's very intuitive and easy to understand."
"The approval process is simple."
"The solution's simulation capabilities are the most valuable aspects."
"It is easy to use and easy to learn. It is also fully compatible with BPMN virtual tool. Bizagi is very fast in responding to and fixing the issues."
"The support is good."
"The Workspace is a full, rich application where most users can find what they want. It shows them a list of their work."
"It is easy and cheap."
"One of the most valuable features is its user-friendly API, which simplifies the implementation of workflows, such as managing inbox tasks for specific users within BPM profiles."
"What I found most valuable in Oracle BPM is that it has a lot of out-of-the-box integrations. The solution also provides a lot of adapters which is very helpful."
"The initial setup is straightforward."
"One of the most valuable features of Oracle BPM is the workflow itself. It is quite intuitive."
"The processor management system is quite fast and scalable. We have 10 developers using this solution and it supports 25,000 users."
"The product must make automation easier."
"One thing that I don't like very much is related to integration: we have to develop some connectors... I would need a connector that connects to a REST service and that uses client ID in secret... They provide the means to develop a connector and use it, but they should implement this because REST services are among the most used protocols for web services."
"In business process mapping, you have pools and dark pools. I don't see that Bizagi differentiates between a regular pool and a dark pool."
"It needs an easier setup for the Bizagi Engine."
"For the small business, this is very bad because it is still fragmented. The licensing policy should be more flexible and small company oriented. In micro-small companies, there should only be one or two. That's not the problem. Maybe it is too flexible, there are so many pieces that you need to put together. When you have a small business, it can be a little complicated, not so easy."
"The free version could be better. Some of the templates and all the functionalities aren't available in the free version. I've been trying to check some maps, for example, organizational maps or a model on organization hierarchy. Apparently, there seems to be no template. You have to create your own. I am not sure if there are templates, but I've not really seen any. I think that there's room for improvement."
"There could be more documentation."
"I would like to see simulation as a free feature again. In version 3.3 it was free, but in 4.0 it isn't."
"Every time we roll out a new version of processes, we have to migrate to a new process. The process of this migration was not very smooth. We later decided that it would be easier for us to stop all processes, deploy a new version and then restart."
"Overall, the engine and the UI both have to be made lighter."
"You have to maintain it manually."
"Pricing is an area that could use improvement."
"We have had some issues with version migration, from one version of processes to another. We would have to call Oracle Services but on a day to day, we didn't have any issues."
"There is room for improvement in the pricing structure."
"It could have easier administration. It takes time to configure and deploy."
"The product must reduce its cost."
