Cloud-native platform has transformed publishing workflows and now drives faster content delivery
The best features that Arc XP Experience Platform offers include enabling content creation and curation. I would also say it is a cloud-native tool that helps organizations create and distribute content, making it easy to use, very flexible, and cost-effective. Out of those features, the one that makes the biggest difference for my team is Arc XP's Agile CMS, which can be integrated into an existing technology stack or used with the fully hosted and managed Arc XP Experience Platform as a full enterprise solution to manage content and digital experiences, making it very flexible. I would like to add that it is also a cloud-native tool that helps with its modular architecture built on AWS. Arc XP's integrated ecosystem includes an agile content management system and a suite of digital subscription tools, which is great. After the implementation of the CMS, Arc XP Experience Platform positively impacts my organization because the development team starts focusing more on developing new features for the site than maintaining the CMS and the infrastructure. Now, one hundred percent of the work is focused on creating value for the customers. It also enables content creation and curation, faster content distribution, web and APIs, and is a very cost-effective tool, thereby saving a lot of money.

This provides all-in-one media management for images and videos
The solution is not very user friendly, and if you're coming from a conventional enterprise content management background, there is a steep learning curve. I think it should make itself more discoverable to technical people and that includes the documentation which is lacking in terms of ease of use. I'd like to see some right to left languages as an additional feature. We have to integrate with third parties in order for Arabic to be recognized. It would make a big difference to have that included. It's something that a lot of the competitors are doing. OpenText is lagging in that regard. We're based in Egypt and unfortunately we're unable to implement the full functionality of the solution and get the best out of the product.
