This product promotes the BYOD concept because users don't want to carry multiple devices, and Citrix Endpoint Management very well deals with personal devices without compromising data, which is the major use case of this product.

Whenever I need to check my email with my mobile phone, Citrix Endpoint Management is essential for our firm. Without this solution, we cannot access our email system from our mobile phones.

Citrix Endpoint Management is just another mobile device management solution. It does not have any particular features that stand out as better or worse than others. The major concern for us is the change from a perpetual license to a subscription-based model, which has removed the financial benefit we previously had.

We use Citrix Endpoint Management for mobile device management and endpoint management, specifically focusing on shared devices where user accounts can be utilized without needing many licenses.

We provide support from a single console, streamlining operations and enhancing security for all endpoint devices. We ensure an optimized user experience and offer flexible deployment options, including on-premise, cloud, and hybrid models. 

Additionally, we handle remote management, troubleshooting, application management, device lifecycle management, data protection, compliance, and integration of IT services.

We have a variety of monitoring tools, including our proprietary ones, to track all user experience parameters. We engage in proactive monitoring and if a user consistently experiences issues connecting to their virtual applications, we immediately address and resolve these issues proactively.

We work extensively with Citrix, specializing in Citrix utilization, Citrix networking, and Citrix mobility MDM. Our company is a premium partner with Citrix, managing almost ninety percent of Citrix implementations in our country. We handle the sales arm of Citrix in our region and propose Citrix solutions to our customers.

Citrix Endpoint Management has contributed significantly to our revenue. It accounts for twenty-five percent of our company's overall revenue, making it a substantial financial benefit. The solution provides users with the capability to work anywhere, anytime, in a secure manner while focusing on performance.

Endpoint management is used for multiple things. One would be for my VPN gateway. Second, it is used for security. Using it, I do not have to put our data and our applications on laptops or other third-party devices. Data and applications are always in the data center. Endpoint Security is always the guardian and mostly always used to access patient applications — which we need extra security on. Endpoint Security helps us to accomplish those goals.  

One of the most valuable features of Endpoint Security would be that all the data is localized in a data center. It is not on the user's device. I can do so many things with it to maintain the security that it is an enhancement to our environment. For example, I can allow BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) and ensure that there will not be any data loss.  

We have seen improvements in compliance management on the devices.

The features are less than that provided by VMware. The tool’s battery usage was high. We received complaints from the users regarding it.

This solution could be deployed both on-premise and on-cloud, but the on-premise solutions are being decommissioned, so everything is on-cloud only now. The customers who have their solution deployed on-premise are converting them to cloud now. 

A valuable feature of Citrix Endpoint Management is that it's stable. The stability is not a challenge among the move to the cloud.
