The main use case for Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) is Zero Trust Network Access. There is not much difference when comparing Zscaler to others, since being the first vendor gave us a chance to work more on this product. There are many products in the market that are at par with Zscaler services, and all are good; there is nothing great or bad about any product. Most products support their own methodology or technology; however, ultimately, everyone provides Zero Trust Network Access.

I feel that Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) is up to date and doing many enhancements as the market grows and business demands emerge, and as of now, I have no ideas for improvement because they are able to add value.

Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) positively impacted my organization by providing Zero Trust Network Access, which many organizations are moving towards. Zscaler has made many enhancements since then, and it adds value to the organization because there are no legacy connections left, just Zero Trust Network connections. The key thing left is integration and automation, which I think every product should consider now.

Regarding future updates, I would like to see Zscaler prioritize pricing and integrate more with multiple products.

Multiple integrations with various platforms would enable some sort of automation.

Zscaler provides real-time insights, but it is not reaching the end users properly, which is something Zscaler should improve because it should be user-friendly for understanding what Zscaler is offering.

When there is too much technology, people cannot understand it, so it should be very simplified, and there should be some ways for users to gain knowledge about the product themselves.

Zscaler's ability to analyze millions of telemetry data points in real-time is still somewhat unclear to me; perhaps that level of knowledge has not been reached by me or the end users, indicating that Zscaler has to focus on that area.

I am almost close to five years working with this product.

The deployment of Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) is very easy and straightforward, although there will be small issues, which are not a big deal.

The small issues generally relate to the end user's lack of knowledge of the product; they sometimes may not be aware of it, and that is the only challenge. Otherwise, there are not many problems with this.

To assess Zscaler Digital Experience's (ZDX) impact on reducing downtime and enhancing productivity in my organization, I believe it should always be on with high availability at all points, ensuring users are not impacted by any network problems. If Zscaler manages to maintain 100% uptime without errors or downtime, it allows users to work without interruptions.

Zscaler's support is doing well.

I changed from BeyondTrust to Zscaler because of the technology, it was my personal domain change.

I actually play the role of architect in the deployment of Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX), supporting deployment teams, support engineers, and other business people, so I fulfill the role of an enterprise architect.

I have a team consisting of a minimum of 15 to 25 people involved in the deployment and implementation of Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX).

The team is a combination of engineers, senior engineers, and consultants.

Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) is comparatively an expensive product.

There will not be any cost reductions since it is a new and better secured product. The issue arises when any organization wants to maintain it for many years, then costs become significant, given that the initial investment is huge.

I am not planning to change from Zscaler now, but it is still a question because of the high cost.

The reason for this rating is not due to the product itself but because the value coming from Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) is becoming more of an alternative to clients, as many other products provide similar benefits.

I have utilized Zscaler Digital Experience's end-to-end visibility feature not 100% but up to some extent because Zscaler itself provides limited visibility about the solution. It is acceptable, there are more things that can be done, but as of now, it is acceptable. I rate Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) seven out of ten.

My main use case for Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) is to monitor end-user experience for SaaS applications, and I can also integrate all those applications within the tenant and troubleshoot network performance issues across endpoints, ISP, and cloud path. I can reduce the MTTR by pinpointing whether issues are client-side, network-side, or application-side. It provides a graphical user interface where I can view everything on one dashboard.

A specific example of how I have used Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) to troubleshoot an issue is when during Microsoft Teams performance degradation incidents, Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) helped me quickly identify that the issue was due to an ISP routing path, not internal infrastructure, saving us hours of manual troubleshooting. I can also view the ISP's percentage of packet losses, memory issues, endpoint connectivity issues, and identify all those from Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX).

I find Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) specifically helpful for remote workers where visibility is limited and excellent for correlating device performance with cloud application issues.

In my opinion, the best features Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) offers are Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) Insights and scoreboards for quick health visibility. I can analyze the path to identify what the bottleneck of the application is, and I can also diagnose the endpoint for device-level root cause analysis, which is very helpful.

Scoreboards and root cause analysis have helped my team significantly, as a scoreboard represents a 100% healthy application and connection, meaning no issues can be identified. During troubleshooting, I definitely need to visit the Insights and scoreboard to understand the level of connectivity the user is experiencing.

Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) has positively impacted my organization by being beneficial for me as a troubleshooter and administrator, as I can identify all types of network performance-related issues, leading to faster resolutions of user complaints, improved collaboration between network, desktop, and security teams, and more productivity in identifying issues before they affect users. The outcome shows a 40 to 50% reduction in MTTR for SaaS applications and better SLA reporting for critical apps like Zoom and Salesforce, among many more applications which can be integrated with tenant authorization.

Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) can be improved with more detailed mobile device support, better integration with third-party ITSM platforms, and enhanced reporting customizations. I can easily integrate and troubleshoot from one dashboard with Insights, so many improvements can be made.

Everything is good. While the documentation is good, it could provide more troubleshooting playbooks since I have not seen many. Support responses are excellent, but for more complex cases, it sometimes takes longer.

Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) scales easily to thousands of endpoints using the Jamf tool and Microsoft SCCM tools without any problems.

My advice to others looking into using Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) is that it is an excellent tool for a modern cloud-first organization. Its visibility and troubleshooting capabilities significantly strengthen user experience and management, making it a great recommendation to use Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) for your infrastructure. It is vital to check costs and other factors before purchasing anything.

I think Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) is an excellent tool for a cloud-first organization with great security, allowing me to easily troubleshoot end-user issues. I rate this review a 9 out of 10.

Regarding the benefits of Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX)'s traffic analysis for my IT operations, I believe it can up-to certain extend supports troubleshooting.

I have noticed drawbacks within Zscaler, as the sales team is too aggressive bypassing partners, but the product itself is very good. The sales approach is quite aggressive globally, and it is not a personal issue, as they are trained that way by the head of the company, affecting customers and partners, which is something everyone in the world faces.

I have been using Zscaler for eleven years overall and has experience with Digital Experience (ZDX)  for 2 years.
