It's a bit bulky. If we have a laptop with basic configuration, it eats up a lot of RAM and slows down the system.

Apart from being heavy on resources, we have not faced any hanging issues or latency problems.

The customer service from Google could be better. We have direct contact with our relationship manager at Google, but it's difficult to reach them as they handle many customers. The online support often redirects us to FAQs instead of connecting to a real person.

The installation is easy. One person can handle it alone. Once the settings are configured during installation, that's it.

We have saved a lot of time. Money-wise, only a bit of discount was provided when we moved to the yearly license.

It's a bit on the higher side, but we prefer to stick with it because of the security, ease of maintenance, and the company's reputation.

I would rate Google Chrome Enterprise overall an eight out of ten. For technical support, I would rate it five or six out of ten.
