Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform Reviews

I am an end user of Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform.

In my previous company, I was using Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform's Talent Management module, which also included Job Intelligence. In my current role, we are going to be exploring what they now refer to as Talent Design. We are currently working with the latest version of Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform because I have switched organizations. Based on two different engagements, we are now evaluating engaging with Design, but my previous usage was with Talent Management. I would not be able to tell you the version that my previous employer is on now due to a break in employment between the two.

We are using Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform to help us identify how skills are trending and to inform our job architecture. What we are going to be doing now is evaluating how they can help us through their Talent Design module, which also includes their Job Intelligence engine, on how that helps us in essence do our strategic workforce planning.

In terms of the benefits of Eightfold's AI-powered skills assessment in my talent management process, I would say it is quick, it is easy, and their interface makes it actionable.

I have not had direct experience of the impact of the personalized career pathing features on employee retention in my organization, but that is part of the use case that we are looking to engage Eightfold for. It is the reason we are looking to use it on an enterprise level, as well as what it enables individually for an employee when they have put their skills data into Eightfold.

In terms of my previous experience with Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform, improvements in diversity hiring strategies were run through our talent acquisition team, so that was not part of the use case we had with Eightfold since we were looking at it more from a job architecture and internal mobility perspective.

What I find valuable about Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform is that you integrate your data from skills and job architecture into one platform, and the power of their algorithms are the strongest that I have seen, with no other competitor enabling you to do things in a single platform. It also provides the ability to API connect into your HR information system, whether it be Workday, Oracle, or SuccessFactors, giving you much more AI enablement and more connection with external data, showing you how things are trending that better inform your internal decisions.

The predictive analytics of Eightfold is strong. The reason for that is because of the way in which their algorithms are built on the basis of data that is looking at how you generate, in essence, career mobility, which makes them stronger than others. Because they work on a quarterly product development life cycle, what I have heard indicates that Eightfold is always going to be three years ahead of your HR information systems that are trying to add this capability into their platform.

What I would say could be enhanced about Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform is their implementation approach, as there is absolutely no question about the functional capability of the platform. The challenge I had was that they were outsourcing their implementation to third parties before you then re-engaged with them, which created a disconnect in terms of the implementation and integration into your overall IT architecture. It would be much better if they stayed closer to their customer from buying to implementing to adopting.

I have been working with Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform on and off for four years. I am an end user of Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform.

I experience no issues regarding the stability and reliability of Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform.

Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform is significant in terms of scalability. In my previous organization, we were deploying it against likely 52,000 people, and in my current role, it will deploy against 100,000.

I have communicated with the technical support of Eightfold mostly regarding their implementation approach to improve it, as I was not happy with the deployment or the implementation partner assigned to us. In context, what I found was that if you were a US-headquartered customer, you had better implementation support than a Europe-headquartered client, possibly due to closer proximity to US organizations. Now I am back with a UK-headquartered organization aligned with the US.

Based on my experience with their support and customer engagement, I would rate this aspect of the product six out of ten, as they resolved the challenges we faced, and I was a huge advocate of what we were implementing, knowing it would resolve once we got past what they referred to as go-live. My only criticism is about their implementation approach from buying to being live.

In a previous organization, we were using Degreed before Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform for the same use cases. I did not switch from Degreed; I just changed organizations and went through the evolution of the introduction of talent marketplaces and how they are further evolving and building out their capabilities. For me, I have ultimately landed on Eightfold as the probably leading provider from a total integrated solution perspective.

I have participated in the initial setup or deployment process of Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform, and that is where I see their weakness in that they outsource it to implementation partners, which did not work in the situation I was in.

Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform is expensive, but from the return on investment perspective, it is worth the investment, though the challenge is convincing that you need Eightfold as a companion and enabler to what your HR information system is doing based on skills data and skills profiling. I was not involved long enough in the previous organization to get to metrics regarding return on investment examples, as we were just at the beginning of the new business case.

I have not done metrics to measure the effectiveness of Eightfold in identifying skill gaps. I would rate Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform a ten based on every aspect I have described. Overall, I rate this solution a ten out of ten.

We did not fully deploy Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform; we did not use the product.

I worked on a consultancy project looking at AI solutions from a SaaS perspective with Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform and Phenom, comparing that to developing individual agents, so I only worked on it for about six months.

Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform could be better integrated with Microsoft tools in that case.

I think scalability is there for a large corporation, but for the corporation size that we were using, it wasn't feasible.

The corporation that I had was much smaller than enterprise systems. The solution is a better fit for enterprise.

A lot of information is available online regarding Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform, but the sales representatives that I reached out to on LinkedIn weren't very helpful because once they realized that it was for a smaller company, they weren't as interested.

My experience with the people that I did get in touch with over there involved minimal communication, as once they found out that it was for a smaller-sized company, they cut off communications.

I did work with other talent management tools such as Phenom AI, and then I worked on developing individual AI agents through Copilot Studio for the consulting job I was doing.

I couldn't give a great understanding of the pricing for Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform because I didn't look too far into it, since it was a smaller company.

I would rate Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform overall a seven out of ten.

We've done some customizations on top of it, but it really focuses on leader management at the executive level – things like succession planning and leader development.

We haven't used it from a talent acquisition standpoint. It's really just been for talent management.  We primarily use their succession planning features. The AI component recommends potential successors for roles we're trying to fill or plan for.

We're just launching it. We have two clients using it. Our company, Heidrick & Struggles, partners with Eightfold.ai, and we use a lot of our own IP, such as digital spend, capabilities, competencies, and culture assessment information. A lot of what we do is gather that assessment data and make recommendations based on that, in addition to Eightfold.ai's insights. It's a combination of the two that really helps us accurately identify the best fit for executive leadership roles. 

It's purely data-driven, so we try to take human bias out of the process. That's really the sweet spot for this solution – the partnership between Heidrick's components and Eightfold's components. 

The AI recommends potential leaders, so you don't have to do a ton of thinking. You still want some human interaction, but from a pure recommendation standpoint, it reduces the bias you'd get if you did not use data points for these decisions.

I really like the AI piece. It helps you find the right folks for your succession plan. I think that's where Eightfold.ai has an edge over other competitors.

From my perspective, I think the usability could use some attention. Eightfold.ai offers modules for talent acquisition, talent management, and other areas like projects. They try to use a common UI for all of them, but it really needs to be more persona-based. That's the thing that I struggle with the most.

We've been using it for about two years.

Stability is fantastic. In the two years we've used it, I've only experienced one outage.

I would rate the stability a ten out of ten.

I would rate the scalability a five out of ten, one being easy to scale and ten being difficult to scale. There are a lot of manual components at this point. Since you have to ingest a large amount of leader data, that process is currently very manual with file feeds.

The customer service and support are horrible. They could improve in terms of friendliness and responsiveness.

This was a solution we sought to build. We did research to determine the best partner, and through that process, we selected Eightfold.ai. So we didn't have a pre-existing solution in this area.

The initial setup is very complex. I would rate my experience with the initial setup a three out of ten, with one being highly complex and ten being easy to set up. 

The deployment took about seven or eight months. 

We use Amazon Web Services and Azure DevOps for deployment, so there's a lot of technical folks involved. So, there were probably ten people total involved in the deployment.

Maintenance is mainly required for onboarding new users and handling feature progression. As Eightfold.ai releases new features, our DevOps team and our managed services teams work with clients to implement them. 

Eightfold.ai hosts their side of things, so we don't have to worry about that piece. However, there's some additional complexity for us because we also integrate other applications within the Heidrick suite.

But just focusing on the Eightfold.ai perspective, there's not a lot of maintenance other than managing feature releases and moving those through our staging, UAT, and then enterprise environments.

Eightfold.ai contributed to reducing the hiring costs or improving employee retention for our clients. 

It helps reduce that cost from both an overhead and employee headcount perspective. For the client, it reduces overhead costs because they're not managing spreadsheets. The system takes care of all that.

The pricing is expensive. I would rate the pricing a seven out of ten, with one being cheap and ten being expensive. 

I would recommend it to others. The AI piece is really what drove our decision to select Eightfold.ai. It truly fulfills the need when combined with our own intellectual property and the data points we gather. From that perspective, it serves the purpose well.

Eightfold.ai's data is robust, and as time goes on, the system learns and improves our recommendations. So, it's more about the learning aspect and being able to accurately pinpoint leaders with the right skill sets.

Overall, I would rate the solution a seven out of ten. 

This solution assists in making our career site more attractive to potential candidates. We use their PCS solution and it has really helped us to overcome the problem of matching versus searching.

Eightfold has helped us uncover our 300,000 person talent database, making it easier for us to source and ultimately serve them with opportunities that they would engage in. It has become our talent relationship management platform of choice.

We are looking into their talent management feature that could allow us to create an internal career hub for employees to search different career options. With the great resignation, this is a retention strategy for us. We are going to use it to incentivize our employees to submit referrals through the system.

The calibration and the matching features are phenomenal. It allows us to match warm leads applicants to jobs. This solution has also been easy to use for people visiting our career site. Our survey report shows that 79-80% of users marked the application process to be very easy on our website. 

We haven't fully utilized all of the features of the platform. The feature we use the most is the calibration functionality that allows us include our internal employees as ideal profiles as well as external profiles. Hiring managers can upload their teams into the calibration tool and it gives them an idea of the existing skills, competencies and backgrounds of people that currently succeed within the role.

This solution has improved the time to fill positions. We're able to do talent mapping and provide talent market insights based on the dashboards and data that Eightfold offers. Within a two week period, we are now able to have people ready to interview with a hiring manager, which is a huge win for us. It has become part of the sourcing strategy that's being deployed for all talent teams across different organizations in the US. 

We were able to execute a hire using Eightfold within the first month of deployment. This is due to the fact that we were able to source previous applicants for a specific position. Currently, 50% of our talent activities will be shifting towards Eightfold.

Within a week or two, we have had people in various phone screen stages, whether with a recruiter, a sourcer or a hiring manager. We are about to launch the capabilities for scheduling interviews to reduce time to schedule from 4 to 5 days down to 48 to 72 hours. 

Eightfold takes the focus out of job titles. When you're sourcing using your own database, you look for job titles that are similar to the roles that you have open. However, job titles differ from company to company, and sometimes one person would have a specific job title but have different roles and responsibilities. The calibration tool allows our hiring managers to search our database and find candidates with a broader range of relevant skills.

There is room for improvement with regards to sourcing and attribution and to be more efficient with connecting leads.

We have been using this solution for two and a half years. 

The initial setup was straightforward because we had Eightfold supporting us and partnering with us. We have a SLA in place that governs from response times from the product and the technical support team. The deployment took six months. 

We have a two person team meeting on a biweekly basis. Our customer success manager and account manager are always there to answer any questions and help us fix problems. Eightfold are very collaborative and helped us to see what the tool could do through several demos. We were also able to speak to previous clients to get testimonials.

In the first six months, we ran sales expansion drive where we needed to hire 200 sales reps in a short period of time. Eightfold helped us scale our hiring through first being able to identify people that are already in our database, schedule direct campaigns, nurture campaigns, and provide our hiring managers with data to high focus on diversity. This yielded huge ROI. Overall, using Eightfold has shorted our time to hire by five to 10 days. 

This solution is always evolving and I'm happy with the features that Eightfold has continued to release. Internally, it took some time for change management and for our employees to get used to using the tool. There was a lot of fine tuning, education and training but we have seen a good uptick in adoption and utilization from our talent acquisition team.

I would rate this solution an eight out of ten. 

We want to become a tech communications company and not just a communications company. We want to be a leading provider of next generation, digital skills, services and products. That means we need to attract, train and retain a very different skillset. The first challenge was to create a website which allows us to attract the right skills and allow people to understand how they could develop.

We want to add 7,000 software engineers to our environment but our website feels very old and clunky. We wanted something which created a rich, digital experience and allows people to feel like we are a leading technology company. Eightfold is helping us do this. 

AI is the only way to build a sustainable learning model and we have received positive feedback within our organization. Our data shows a significant increase in people doing non-managed training. This means that these users believe in investing the time to develop themselves. We are focusing on increasing the number of internal people promoted by 50%. 

We want to change the way people think of our organization. We have this ambition to provide a growth-focused and inclusive environment where everybody has the opportunity to thrive. We have seen great rates of adoption of the functionality in this solution that empowers this goal.

Average days to hire has been reduced because the Eightfold has made it much easier. We have also reduced the time it takes to create a role using the Eightfold job intelligence engine.

The most valuable feature has been the ease at which people can set up their profiles by simply uploading their CV or Linkedin profile. We previously had very low levels of adoption. 

In the short time we've been live, nearly 50% of users have already created a profile. Once they've done that, they can see what skills are linked to their profile. They can also see what skills they would need to go into a different career. We link this data to our learning experience platform to create a really personal and purposeful experience.

We are able to now focus more on skills. We've seen a 106% increase in people that go to our website and apply. We have facilitated the hire of 144 more females. We want to democratize opportunities in terms of jobs, learning and experiences.

We would like to be able to combine a great experience as a candidate with an onboarding experience. We would like to add bands to different user levels to help make searching for candidates in the same level a lot easier. 

An opportunity for Eightfold to improve on is to open up their environment to allow us to own our application maintenance and development environment. We would like to be able to make some of the configuration changes and improvements ourselves.

We have been using this solution for five months. 

This is a stable solution and all of our minimum standards have been met.

The customer service and support for this solution is brilliant. We have had very few issues and when we have, they have been resolved very quickly.

I implemented SuccessFactors previously but we realised we were not going to get the value from all the features that it offered and were missing AI functionality. We added another product called BLEND on top of SuccessFactors. We have also used IBM Watson. 

We spent six months searching for other solution on the market before choosing Eightfold. The reason we chose Eightfold is for its AI capabilities and recommendations. The ability to upload CVs and use this information to provide recommendations has been really useful. The quality of the AI is way ahead of any other solutions on the market. Eightfold really took the time to understand the outcomes we need to achieve. They are always willing to engage with us and understand what's really important to us.

The initial setup was straightforward. We signed the contract in August. We went live with 20 plus markets and 75,000 people on the 31st of January with a minimal viable product that worked really well.

We are starting to see a decent ROI when it comes to what we paid for the solution and the value we receive.

The pricing is fair compared to the market.

We started our selection process asking, "What functionality do we need?" We then narrowed it down to three solutions before choosing Eightfold. We made this decision based on which solution could best support us in meeting our strategic objectives. 

I would rate this solution an eight out often. All of our business needs are met using this solution.

My advice to others would be to focus on the outcomes. Take the time to write proper user stories of what you're trying to achieve with AI. Don't focus too much on AI as a single technology or vendors that offer this functionality. Rather focus on the outcomes and provide this context to the different vendors you're exploring, and then compare what they offer. 

We're using the talent acquisition capabilities in Eightfold, and it's really driving the CRM capabilities. We use it for recruiting staff and to drive user communities that we can access when we have new roles open.

We're primarily using Eightfold on the talent acquisition side, so it has significantly improved our ability to go to market and to attract the right kind of candidate for our growing organization, and it's allowed us to create user experiences, that is, our candidate groups in the CRM. We have ongoing access to interested parties.

Internally, Eightfold is the single AI solution, although we're developing AI capabilities with Eightfold to go to market. As the single AI solution, Eightfold provides us a path to the future of work right here/right now.

Eightfold has significantly reduced our time to phone screen candidates to hire.

The ability to quickly phone screen candidates is critical to our organization. It requires a significant amount of time investment from recruiters and hiring managers, and this solution frees up their time to add much more value during their day.

The CRM is a useful feature to create user communities that we can actively engage in on an ongoing basis.

As for ease of use, we use Eightfold as a tool for our own growth, but we also implement Eightfold. As such, all of our employees are also experts in Eightfold.

A dynamic change is involved in Eightfold's platform for utilizing skills and capabilities versus keywords. It's a significantly different capability around how users assess skills, both validate skills and inferred skills, versus a standard keyword search.

The platform's utilization of skills and capabilities is an important characteristic, and I think it drives an awareness of the work that we do both internally as talent developers as well as how we think about going to market for the right kind of skills.

It would be interesting to enable Eightfold to have a user experience that is seamless in terms of single sign on to and from core systems of record. That is, the ability for a user or hiring manager/recruiter to go in and out of Eightfold back into their core system, whether that be Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc. It would great to be able to go back and forth with a single sign on capability so that you don't have to log in and out of applications, where it's a bidirectional single sign on.

I've been using this solution for a year.

I think the product is stable. The algorithms they are using are regularly validated and enhanced, and continue do better.

The scalability is good. From the small mid-market customer to a global Fortune 50 customer, I think the scalability of the platform is fully enabled with the infrastructure.

We used other solutions and switched to Eightfold because of its leading product capabilities. We believe that it's the future of how work will get done.

The initial deployment was exceptionally straightforward. It was up and running in a couple of weeks because we are small and have users who do not require any training.

We are finding that our ROI involves the increased productivity of hiring managers and recruiters, the ability to provide a much closer job match to candidates, and also the ability to look at the onboarding and development path for new hires that we wouldn't have had a line of sight to otherwise.

The concept of the AI within the application is new to HR, and you may be hesitant because you may not know exactly what it is. The focused AI is so central to how it works. It's different, and it's somewhat new to the HR industry. So, get comfortable with the concept because it actually will work to enhance capabilities in the organization.

Get past the uneasiness of what artificial intelligence is as applied to Eightfold. Get into the questions and get comfortable with them, and it will actually transform the way work is done.

I would rate Eightfold at eight on a scale from one to ten because what the product does today is really good, and yet, there's so much opportunity for it to continue to evolve.

We use this solution for automation. We were doing manual interview scheduling but had little insight into what type of skills existed in the organization. We were trying to reduce a lot of the administrative work, specifically for recruiters, and had some consistency issues with intake meetings. Different recruiters would run the recruitment process in different ways. We have now calibrated this process and it has become consistent since using Eightfold. 

We have reduced the time spent on administrative tasks for recruiters from 30% to about 5%. Anecdotally, we have seen the impact this solution has on our business. From a sourcing perspective, we are able to get managers and really well qualified candidates in record time compared to previous years. This used to take at least 60 days. 

As an organization, we are focusing on cultural transformation. We are a 36 year old technology company and are transforming our entire business into a SaaS company. We are trying to transition HR from being administrative and transactional to being more strategic. This platform is helping us lead those conversations. 

The most valuable aspect of this solution is the insight we receive on current employees. We can see the attrition data. We are now able to approach employees who have been in their role for a certain amount of time and offer them a new role based on their skills. This helps us retain existing employees. 

This solution is also helping us change the mindset of managers and the way they view the development of our employees. We have just launched the referral portal, which has been really helpful. We previously had one person manually tracking Excel sheet data and sending out emails and this allowed some people to slip through the cracks. 

We have a big referral culture. This solution is helping us nurture the candidates we have. Having a big group to select from allows us to select the best candidates. The solution is also very intuitive to use. This has helped with the change management process. The team at Eightfold has been very responsive when we have needed their help. We do not wait more than 12 hours for a reply for an email.

Eightfold could be improved if they had more round table conversations about features and their roadmap. They should actively seek out feedback from their customers. 

We have been using this solution for one year. 

This is a stable solution. We have not had any downtime. Most of the issues that we've run into have involved integration with things that are outside of Eightfold's control.

This is a very scalable solution because of the way that it's designed, including how calibration works. 

We previously used a different applicant tracking system called Brass Ring which has similar functionality to Eightfold. We ran manual campaigns and collected emails and resumes manually. We now use Workday for compliance purposes and applicant tracking and Eightfold as our system of engagement. 

It was very straightforward. We received a lot of documentation asking us how we wanted it configured. A recommendation would be put a lot of time into that. There were things that we glossed over because we didn't think it was very important but they were important in the end. 

From launch to two weeks into using the product, there was a team dedicated to us for every single issue, bug or anything else that came up. We allocated 16 weeks for implementation but it took 20 weeks.

This is a fairly expensive solution compared to others on the market. However, the solution offers functionality of a number of other different solutions combined. From that perspective, it is competitively priced. It drives value over time and will reduce our dependancy on Linkedin and allow us to sunset other tools. 

We looked at Phenom People and also considered just using Workday for our business needs. We also looked at iCIMS, Briefly, Avature and Beamery. We found a lot of similar functionality in all these options in the basic features including automated interview scheduling and integration with outlook but we were specifically looking for AI capabilities.

I would recommend this solution for companies that need a technology to grow with. I wouldn't buy this technology if you think it's just going to change everything about your organization, including your culture. 

When reviewing resumes, you cannot see the first and last names for the first review. There are a number of other information fields that can be hidden including companies and schools which is really useful. 

Eightfold is a very scalable solution that is easy to manage and allows you to roll out functionality in stages depending on the growth of your company. Before getting started, I would recommend creating an internal mobility policy. Eightfold can assist with this. 

Overall, the sales experience, rollout, implementation and ongoing customer support is really great.

I would rate this solution a ten out of ten. 

The Department of Defense only knows what it has trained its members to do. It has total blindness to what reservists and guardsmen are capable of doing or what experience they may have from their private sector work. Eightfold is going to allow us to have access and insights into the civilian, the private sector, expertise of our reservists and guardsmen and to be able to use that expertise to advance our work within the Space Force and other service components of the military. We are expecting it to revolutionize the way we work.

The ability to get matched to candidates is certainly valuable. In real time, you are able to adjust your description of the work and the project you need done in order to match you with the best candidates.

The instant matching is priceless. Right now, it's all done by personal network within the Department of Defense. Eightfold unlocks the entire reserve and guard component to be able to really harness their power outside of just personal networks.

Eightfold's platform for utilizing skills and capabilities versus keywords is absolutely critical because with the military not really understanding private sector skills, it translates that for us, and it surfaces people who can meet the needs we have without us having to learn it. That's been really powerful.

We're very committed to using responsible AI practices, and Eightfold is very committed to working with us to ensure that we are meeting those requirements and those expectations that have been published by the Department of Defense.

As for allowing us to understand skill gaps within our organization, we expect Eightfold to blow the lid open. It will help us to tap into private sector talent.

The military is a whole different beast as far as language and how those skills are captured, and finding a private sector company that is willing to work with us on that has been great. Their patience with us as we try to figure out how to build Eightfold so that it matches our existing workflows has been phenomenal. It has really helped us build this beyond what we could imagine.

We're doing user testing now, and on the calibration page, there's no publish button. I have to go to overview to publish it. It could be user error, but it would be nice to be able to easily figure out where buttons are and what they do.

We started working with Eightfold in November, and then we started testing it in April.

I would give a ten out of ten for Eightfold's technical support.

We expect our ROI to be a revolution in talent engagement within the Department of Defense. With full-time components, we'll be able to get support from the part-time components using skills that the military did not train them to do.

We expect to have flexible and instant access to support. In this instance, you'll be able to hire a reservist or a guardsman for as little as four hours to a day or a year.

Eightfold will be able to surface talent and will help us see that it's worth doing the paperwork to get this person that we desperately need to advance our mission, whatever it may be.

There's been a lot of talk today about talent intelligence, and if you're thinking about Eightfold, know that it is much more than a foot in the door to streamlining and servicing talent. Be ready and be open to that because it can really revolutionize how you access and then manage talent going forward.

On a scale from one to ten, I would rate Eightfold at nine.

I help align eightfold.ai within our corporate portfolio, primarily with our human capital management (HCM) application and some of our other lines of business, to help in the recruiting process. We also embed the technology and the intellectual property that eightfold.ai has built to accelerate our solution.

It really expedites the whole process and helps the end-customer hone in on what they need. With the evolution to remote work that we are currently going through, there's much more of a need to tailor recruiting. Not only are you not always going to have a face-to-face conversation, but you need to align things with the resources that you're going for.

eightfold.ai fills some gaps in our HCM solution, particularly around recruiting. The AI capabilities have added to that. It really seems that it's been an improvement for the customers. It's been very beneficial for us because it expands the footprint that we have and adds value on top of our product.

We classify it as an "endorsed business application." Within our partner program, that kind of application is one that is key to communicating with our customer base and adding value. They may be adding things that we have not developed within our product and that's where the partnership has been really beneficial.

One of the biggest features is the artificial intelligence and the ability it provides customers to tailor recruiting in a seamless manner. That enables them to get through more candidates.

It has been very intuitive to use. eightfold.ai is one of our top partners in the recruiting area. The ease of use for the customer makes it customizable for what they're looking to do.

We're looking at how eightfold.ai can expand into our corporate landscape and potentially adopt some of our technologies. AI is one of their biggest selling points and capabilities, but there are some other areas that we can expand into, such as workforce management. We'd like them to be able to adopt and leverage some of the platform tools that we have. Those are some things that could be improved upon.

I've been working with eightfold.ai for two years.

I'm not only involved in our partnership with eightfold.ai but with other partners as well. I get into conversations with a lot of those partners where a support issue is raised. But I only have to deal very minimally with eightfold.ai when it comes to support issues. Other partners, for other lines of business, have a lot more issues when it comes to fixing bugs or needing support.

We have had a couple of challenges with some of the things that we're currently trying to build out in our HCM application, and other things within the portfolio, but those aren't customer-facing issues. Those are things that we're working on internally from a development perspective. But outside of that, they're one that rarely pops up as having support issues.

The scalability of eightfold.ai is not an issue that is applicable, given my responsibilities. But I do see customers of our solution at all levels, including small, medium, and all the way up to the large enterprises. That tells me it's very customizable as far as scale and capabilities. I know how small or large our customers are, so eightfold.ai must be scalable if they're able to do work for that range of customers.

I haven't worked with their technical support. I primarily work with their technical architects and their developers who are working on the next iterations of the solution.

My interaction with their architects and developers has been very good and very collaborative. We take their feedback to our internal product teams to introduce areas that they may want to improve, so from that perspective, there is a good relationship. Also, the volume that they do and the number of sales that they help to take place make them one of our top partners when it comes to performance. That really speaks for itself over the past two years that I've been working with them.

From my perspective, the process is fairly straightforward. They primarily utilize our APIs to call the information they need from our products. That's a pretty straightforward integration and the setup is fairly easy. There are some areas of configuration that they may want to change and there may be things that we currently won't provide because it's not within our product roadmap.

I mostly deal with the integration process, so I don't know what their lead time is when going to a customer and setting up. The integration on our side is usually measured in weeks, and that includes some tailoring that may occur as the customer starts using it. There may be enhancements or changes in terms of the information they're collecting, and that's part of the timeframe.

Look at how they integrate and how they can enhance what you're currently doing. Do a self-evaluation to see where you do have gaps in your processes, and look at their capabilities and you'll see there's some alignment. They can enhance some of those things that you may currently be struggling with. And there are definitely capabilities to increase the speed and accuracy in acquiring candidates.

Judging by our overall portfolio, and everything that I've seen from eightfold.ai in my partner relationship for the past two years, they've really been one of our top performers. A lot of customers are adopting the technology and feel that it's very useful as they're going through their day-to-day recruitment processes.

We use the Talent Acquisition tool and it is connected with our ATS. We have part of the talent management functionality launched, including the referral and internal mobility platform. We're in the process of implementing Talent Flex.

This solution has made our team more collaborative. The recruiting team is easily able to see what the other team members are working on, what candidates are in process and how they can share candidates amongst themselves. They are now able to prevent work duplication due to increased visibility. 

Our process of phone screening candidates has been made faster and we can recognize the talent we're getting through the pipeline sooner and can collaborate with hiring managers more efficiently.

The ability to resurface candidates has been the most helpful. We are able to look at our existing database and see matches within our talent pool and rematch those individuals with roles. We are able to narrow down LinkedIn candidates and candidates who have actively applied to Dolby or been a part of our process in some way previously. 

There are skills that a candidate may have not had previously. For example, we hired a candidate who applied seven times over a couple years. Through Eightfold we were able to identify that he got another job during those times and now is a fit for Dolby.

There are some small product features that could be enhanced. Ease of use and the recruiter user experience could be improved. Moving through certain stages involves many clicks which can be time consuming.

I have been using this solution for a year and a half. 

This is a stable solution. 

This is a scalable solution. We've seen tremendous growth just over the last two years of us partnering with them and they are constantly deploying new features. 

We've always had consistent support and customer success within our account management, since we've started with Eightfold. Their response time and ability to troubleshoot could be improved.

The initial setup was fairly straightforward. The team that I worked with was really helpful and they provided good explanations. Deployment took six months and we had three to four people from our team involved. 

We have definitely experienced ROI using Eightfold. We have been able to measure specific hires and trace that back to Eightfold's success, versus what we wouldn't have had if we didn't use Eightfold.

The pricing is fairly competitive. The licensing is fairly flexible to have all employees take advantage of it in any given capacity.

This has been an easy solution for our recruiters to use. One of our main challenges has been using the solution across different recruiting teams in the US, APAC EMEA and Sydney. This is due to the different ways these terms work and some of the country specific laws that exist when contacting candidates. 

Adoption is key when implementing this solution. You need to think about how it fits into how you recruit and how you intend to recruit.
