I will use KODAK Info Input Solution in our college for admissions processing. When many people come for admissions, I use this to scan their data and automatically store that record into my File Explorer. By using this, we can avoid important mistakes on the client papers. We are a stationery service, one of the largest stationery services, and we use KODAK Info Input Solution for scanning and document printing because it connects with different scanners and is easy to manage documents in different sizes. We use KODAK Info Input Solution ( /products/kodak-info-input-solution-reviews ) for processing deposition exhibits from intake to indexing and exporting. We perform OCR on the documents within the application. They are imported via electronic import or a scanner, and we identify document breaks. We apply industry-standard annotations to the first page of each document. The solution integrates with our ERP ( /categories/erp ) system, allowing for metadata access using a seven-digit number, which aids in file naming and exporting. We export to a shared drive in our network and directly into a record structure in our ERP ( /categories/erp ).
