The main use case for using Umbrella in our organization is to gain a good setup and obtain visibility over the cloud in financial management. It helps us in a transparent manner where we can see intuitive dashboards and self-service reporting that connects us in minutes and delivers unified cost data within 24 hours, making it very accessible for our FinOps and engineering teams. We are using it for AI insights where AI-driven anomaly detection and customizable alerts reduce manual analysis and effort. Some technical users in our organization use it for navigation purposes.

We use Umbrella for FinOps and cost allocation in the organization, which helps us track spend by business unit, customer, feature, or Kubernetes namespace. This helps us reduce costs and achieve maximum benefit. It also helps us with forecasting and budgeting of the projects we work on. It generates good demand forecasts from the CUR data set, sets budgets, and exports dashboards for executive reviews.

The most important aspect for me is FinOps and cost allocation, which helps us track spends by business unit, customers, features, or Kubernetes namespace, which helps us save on costs and generate revenue metrics for accountability and transparency.

In terms of features, the multi-cloud SaaS unification for AWS has helped us unify dashboards with tagging and cost explorers, which also helped us with EKS breakdowns. That is something which we admire the most.

AI detection and recommendation has definitely helped us and reduced over 90 waste categories, which included idle resources, overprovisioning, project impacting, and project saving. It has also helped us with real-time alerts and root cause analysis.

It has helped connect accounts with onboarding time increased by 98%, which is a very significant number. Apart from that, it has helped in monitoring and the alerting system using AI baseline usage. It flagged anomalies and required steps and decreased anomalies by 89%. It has also optimized over 60 recommendations by saving impact and tracking implementation, and increased optimization and inspection of financials by 33%. It has helped us in better reporting and forecasting by custom dashboards, which track cost outcomes and forecast budgets. It has increased our efficiency by 99%, which is again a significant number, and also helped us in forecasting and better budgeting. Budgeting has been improved by 10% to 15%.

We have seen that collaboration was increased due to clear data being reported to the engineering, finance, and business teams. This ensures better collaboration and transparency. Collaboration between teams has increased by 33%. Transparency is provided using intuitive dashboards. It has also helped us obtain proper monitoring and alerts, which has helped in saving by flagging anomalies and preventing any losses we may incur later.

I do not feel that anything needs to be changed. Umbrella is solving the purpose and is on point. The UI is intuitive and user-friendly. The learning curve is very easy. The features provided are on point. There is no downtime or challenges, and it is easy to learn and easy to use. In total, I do not feel that improvement is needed as per our organizational use case. Maybe for other organizations, they might have some suggestions, but for our organization specifically, I do not feel that they are lacking somewhere. It is already providing us the best thing.

Almost everything is working as we expect. Small things we do not always point out. I feel that it works well and we do not have such problems with them specifically.

The initial deployment was really good. Umbrella's technical support and product specialist team handled it really well. They completed the initial deployment within just a day in our organization.

It is a streamlined experience by the AWS marketplace. It was done with a five-click integration with minimal IAM permissions. We have connected accounts, and it has given us a good connection to AWS billing. Data ingestion was done within 24 hours. It has also given us customized dashboards within a day.

The integrations are pretty smooth. We did not face any issues. Integrations are smooth and sleek. It is also solving the purpose, which means no problems at all.

We have gotten Umbrella for the purpose why we got it. We feel that it has contributed directly towards the business, finance, and engineering teams and the betterment of the teams. We have seen a significant return on investment, which I mentioned earlier in the data. If we are getting good results, there is no reason to give it a low rating. As per me, it is a great solution.

The procurement process was very easy. We have purchased Umbrella from the AWS marketplace, and it was a streamlined process. The procurement and billing process is easy, and there are no challenges.

The metering and billing experience has been really transparent as we got it through the AWS marketplace subscription. It has helped us choose from a procurement workflow where we have seen monthly and annual plans. We first used it and evaluated how it fit with the organization. After we reached a conclusion, we opted for the annual plan because that was giving us maximum savings. That is something which is again very transparent, and the cost compared to other solutions is really cheap. I can say proudly that I am a proud Umbrella user.

The pricing and setup licensing were very transparent. The AWS marketplace mentioned everything very clearly, and later on, there were no challenges or surprises in the cost specifically, which makes the whole process very transparent and trusted. As the AWS marketplace is with us, that ensures that whatever we are doing is a very transparent thing.

We did evaluate other options which included Ternary, Anops, Cloudability, and Finout. These are some of the platforms which we evaluated. But we felt that Umbrella is better than them. That is why we chose Umbrella over them.

Anyone who is looking for a dedicated FinOps and AI anomaly detection and forecasting platform, which is good with transparent and clear costs and is also cheap compared to other solutions, can definitely give Umbrella a try. It is one of the best solutions which we have used so far. I would rate this solution as a five out of five.

Our main use case for Umbrella is DNS security.

With Umbrella as a product, we inspect all the DNS query traffic coming in. Anything that's going to the internet is inspected with Umbrella DNS security. The policies applied over and the SASE tool help us to inspect and either allow or block or do a private endpoint, which is trusted domain management. The architecture extends quite well with cloud, Azure cloud, on-prem, as well as the agent-based policies.

We are in a POC situation with Umbrella for enabling the SWG, which is an upcoming aspect.

The best features Umbrella offers include having an agent, simple installation, and a quick VA installation mode that provides a virtual tunneling sensor for any network. That is quite the best, and compared to real-time detections, it does good work in inspecting and protecting internet domains.

The agents residing as roaming clients in user machines are always on, either in the office or in home networks, doing major work for the protection of user laptops open to the internet. VA sensors are NAT-based connectors directly tunneling to the SaaS, playing a key role in resolving private domains in Azure and AWS.

Umbrella has positively impacted my organization because it has turned a different situation around; we see at least billions of traffic being protected and classified regarding what sort of traffic is going in and out. We also have a good SLT review chat exported as a report every month and week.

The reports help my team by showing both huge reductions in threats at the DNS query level and improved threat protection. The report states how much traffic flow is in the count of millions and billions and how much is blocked with our policies in place.

I see a couple of areas for improvement in Umbrella; currently, I do not have a direct option to disable or block the agent at the end-user machine level. That is one issue, and another lack is in the policies where I cannot bypass a set of categories. We have submitted a feature request for these two cases and will have to wait for an update.

I notice a lack of agent availability on Linux platforms; it would be better if we had agent-based protection for Linux machines as well.

Regarding Umbrella's AI capabilities, I think the backend work is not shown well to customers, as I see a lag in providing accurate categorization. The threat intel integrated in the backend does not achieve 100% accuracy since about 10% of domains vary between Cisco representation and other threat intel categorization, which I see as one gap.

The accuracy of Umbrella's output is slightly missing, around 10 to 15%, and it does not provide accurate categorization compared to available market threat intels.

I have been using Umbrella for close to eight years.

Umbrella is stable; although we experienced some deployment hiccups with agent specific to IPv4 and IPv6, these issues were resolved, resulting in a very stable solution.

Umbrella's scalability is easy to manage, requiring no major configuration changes and facilitated by alignment with the account team for deployment.

Customer support is excellent; we connect weekly with our Professional Services team as needed and extend our meetings based on ongoing projects.

I previously used Infoblox Threat Defense, specifically BloxOne Threat Defense, which lacked features compared to Umbrella. The transition occurred six to seven years ago due to major drawbacks in protection accuracy and management features.

Integrating Umbrella with our existing systems was easy; it involved integrating directly with NAT exits and external-facing IPs on Cisco SaaS without difficulty. We were in monitoring mode for a while before switching to protection mode, but redesigning the architecture would not be as straightforward.

We handle user training and onboarding for Umbrella primarily through Cisco Professional Services, who support us in every step, especially during situations such as recent MacBook agent deployments. Until we onboard online, they ensure our policies are updated and effective.

I have not seen a significant return on investment as the management perspective requires minimal administrators; once devices are deployed, they function largely on their own, protecting against threats at the DNS level.

My experience with pricing, setup costs, and licensing is neutral; it is not too good or bad, but reasonable for the market. Licensing is based on headcount in our organization, but now we need to consider the impact of adding SWG to our DNS security.

We evaluated Netscope and Akamai before choosing Umbrella based on price, features, and Gartner recommendations, which led us to that decision.

I rate Umbrella an eight overall, considering the feature requests submitted; I think it is doing well.

I rate it an eight because the score specifically relates to DNS security; I would not give a higher rating due to the two feature requests mentioned. Otherwise, the overall experience with Umbrella is good.

I advise others considering Umbrella to thoroughly test during their POC, especially if agent controls at the management plane and scalability on macOS are critical factors. While Umbrella excels in protection and ROI, these considerations warrant reevaluation.

Umbrella demonstrates strong governance and security capabilities, utilizing its AI-driven threat detection and web security features. The platform effectively leverages threat intelligence and automated analysis to identify and block malicious domains, phishing attempts, and emergency cyber threats. The strong security tools with AI-assisted threat detection and prevention, centralized policy management and governance across users, devices, and locations, with detailed visibility into web activity and security events are significant strengths. Integration with Cisco's broader security ecosystem enhances overall threat intelligence.

Regarding improvements for Umbrella, faster policy synchronization would improve responsiveness when business-critical sites need immediate access. Enhancement improvements such as a more customizable dashboard and reporting options would help administrators better analyze web traffic and security events. Additionally, advanced filtering and scheduled reporting would be beneficial, and improved troubleshooting tools that provide more detailed information on why a website was blocked would help IT teams resolve access issues faster. A more user-friendly diagnosis could reduce support tickets.

Regarding Umbrella's AI capabilities, its strong DNS layer security helps block malware, phishing, ransomware, and malicious domains through centralized policy management and regular control for specific user groups and business units. Enhanced reporting and audit capability for compliance review, improved website categorized accuracy to reduce false positives, and faster policy projections with real-time policy updates would be valuable enhancements.

My advice to others looking into using Umbrella would be to clearly define your security requirements and web access policy before deployment. Umbrella is an effective DNS layer security solution that provides strong protection against phishing, malware, ransomware, and other web-based threats. Organizations should take advantage of its centralized policy management, reporting capabilities, and integration options to maximize its value. It is important to plan for website categories, reviews, and exception processes since legitimate business websites may occasionally require whitelisting. Integrating Umbrella with endpoint management solutions can further enhance visibility and policy enforcement. I would recommend Umbrella for organizations looking for a reliable, scalable, and cloud-based web solutions architecture. I give this product a rating of nine out of ten.

Umbrella is used mainly to track websites, block some sites, and malicious sites to safeguard the organization. Certain group policies are in place where for some applications, such as Google Drive, data loss prevention must be implemented and data should not be shared with other people or other cloud services. Google Drive and any cloud-based services which are not safe are blocked, along with file transfers to other cloud-based tools. All of this is blocked, and AI-related websites which may be malicious and critical for the organization are also blocked.

Umbrella is used for many things beyond AI. Various other content types are blocked as well.

Both features stand out as valuable. Umbrella is easy to set up as well as for creating a group policy or creating a proxy setup. Everything is easy in Umbrella when compared to other competitor sites or tools.

Previously, the organization did not have any type of security tool. The network was open and there was only a firewall which used to block additional websites or safeguard the sites. After introducing Umbrella, most of the malicious emails or malicious sites that users access have been very much secured. Most of the security threats are now blocked by Umbrella. A filter layer exists where a user can request a site to be unblocked from Umbrella. Once a ticket is raised through Umbrella, and because Umbrella has been automated through the service portal, a user can request to open the site if they might have some work. This feature is very easy and very much valued.

Umbrella could be improved with notifications. Currently, a site is completely blocked by Umbrella, but a user does not know. There is no notification that something is going wrong with Umbrella. At that point, Umbrella has to be disabled to cross-check if the site is blocked by Umbrella or not. Sometimes this happens without any notification. A notification indicating that a site is being tracked by Umbrella but is not notified to the end user would be a good option to get a notification to the end user.

There are some bugs or issues which need to be improved. Once these are improved, a higher rating could be provided.

Umbrella has been used for more than five years across two to three organizations.

Umbrella is stable.

Umbrella is very highly scalable. For example, even if it is a 100-user company, it is scalable. Even if the company needs to upgrade to 500 users, it is very scalable.

Customer service is quite good. Whenever issues arise and the cause is unclear, reaching out to customer care has provided very good support.

Sophos and Sophos Endpoint were used previously. Since Umbrella is very much a cloud-based solution and the move to Cisco products was necessary, the transition to Cisco Umbrella was made.

The implementation details completely go to the security team, so they make the decision on this. The work is to deploy the product and run the tests.

A recent attack on the organization resulted in some data being leaked because of phishing attempts where a user clicked on a malicious link. After introducing Umbrella security and many other security features, these incidents have been decreased. A return on investment has been achieved by the company.

The cost aspect is not something I focus on because security is something that cannot be equated to money when it comes to security. Time saved is significant. With a firewall, the slowness of site tracking is very noticeable when compared to Umbrella. When using Umbrella, there is no type of internet dependency, such as a reduction in internet speed. Everything runs fine. A lot of time is saved.

Sophos and the endpoint from Sophos were considered as alternate solutions.

Both features stand out as valuable. Umbrella is easy to set up as well as for creating a group policy or creating a proxy setup. Everything is easy in Umbrella when compared to other competitor sites or tools.

Governance and security completely depend upon the policies that are created by the security team. This mostly goes to the security team. The governance management from the Cisco side is unclear, but it completely depends upon the deployment from the security end.

For accuracy, 60 to 70 percent accuracy is being achieved.

The brand name from Cisco is a main reason to advise for other companies or other colleagues, because Cisco has a good reputation with all organizations. The overall review rating for this product is 9 out of 10.

The main use case for Umbrella is that I am using it for SASE. I am using Umbrella for blocking malicious domains before connection happens, then protecting remote and hybrid users also without forcing full VPN. I am using it for web content filtering as well. Visibility into internet traffic, lightweight client protection, and the cloud delivered secure web gateway are part of my workflow. These include HTTP inspection, file inspection, URL filtering, SaaS control, and CASB.

The speed feature of Umbrella is the most useful feature and the one I find most valuable. For BYOD users, I am using the speed feature which stands out for me.

Mostly from SWG, HTTP inspection is an advantage, file inspection is an advantage, and URL filtering is also an advantage regarding the features of Umbrella.

Umbrella has positively impacted my organization as I am getting fewer phishing and malware incidents. Users are very happy with Umbrella.

I measure those improvements by getting lower incident response, fewer endpoint cleanup, less time to investigate commodity phishing, and fewer repetitive user tickets. I am able to achieve almost net zero incidents.

User experience of Umbrella can be improved, with less backhauling traffic, better browsing performance, and fewer VPN dependency complaints.

Before Umbrella, I used a Firewall VPN which was not a full-fledged Umbrella SASE. I am seeing Umbrella for the first time. I was evaluating Palo Alto before choosing Umbrella.

I have mostly seen time saved as a return on investment. I am not investing more than 30 minutes of time every day, so you can analyze how much time we are saving.

We were evaluating Palo Alto as well for SASE, but finally, we decided to go with Cisco SASE and Cisco Umbrella because of the relationship we have.

My advice is to go ahead with Umbrella. It is a very nice product with good customer support plus a return on investment. You are investing $1 and you are getting a value of $10. People should go ahead with Umbrella. It is a very good product. Please go ahead, buy the product, and contact your Cisco account manager. They will help you, and the customer support team will assist you as well. Please try the demo. I am providing this review with an overall rating of 7.5 out of 10.

We have been using Umbrella for two years now. We are using Umbrella for providing DNS threat protection to our on-premises clients as well as our roaming clients. We have the same use case as we have DNS security firewall policies which have a number of feeds built into those policies that evaluate any public DNS queries initiated by an end client to determine if the query is legitimate or not. If there is a threat to that query, it will instantly block that query and safeguard the user from even reaching that website. We are using Umbrella to protect our on-premises as well as our roaming clients, as it has agent-based monitoring which can be installed on roaming clients that are not sitting in the office and can provide DNS security to users who are part of the company assets but are not in the office.

Umbrella offers superior threat intelligence that uses Cisco Talos, which is one of the largest commercial threat intelligence teams out there in public forums, and it helps to block domains associated with malware, phishing, and ransomware before a connection is even established.

The threat protection from Umbrella works very well and really stands out because they have a very deep knowledge of the cyber world and keep their database updated for the domains tagged as malicious or bad on the internet. It is about which vendor provides the more accurate database of the bad domains over the internet to protect their customers.

Umbrella offers a unified security stack that has an ITL package and integrates multiple security functions along with a secure web gateway and cloud access security broker as well, which are SaaS and all embedded in a single platform.

Umbrella has a positive impact in terms of our security layer, which prevents a user from even establishing a connection to a bad or malicious website before it can even resolve the DNS. If the query a user generates is not legitimate, Umbrella checks that query in its built-in firewall policy and blocks the traffic immediately, safeguarding the user.

After implementing Umbrella, we see a great impact on phishing emails where users are sometimes unaware that emails sent to them are from phishing websites and non-legitimate users that may look like known websites to them. We call them look-alike domains. Umbrella looks at the DNS query as soon as a user attempts to click on a ransomware or malicious website and blocks the DNS query before the user establishes a connection to that website.

Umbrella has a tier-restricted feature in the base package that lacks advanced features such as URL-level filtering or inspection and requires more expensive subscriptions. We feel that if someone has a lower budget for investing in their tool, they may be exposed to bad actors on the DNS layer, which can be highly impacting for any enterprise.

Umbrella has complexity and the cost for a small IT team could be more. Though we were not involved in the initial licensing and pricing models, it was handled directly by the customer.

Umbrella is highly stable and available with 100% availability.

Umbrella is a highly scalable product, as you can deploy as many agents as you want, and it will provide protection for all the users who are on-premises via their local DNS resolvers.

The customer support of Cisco is awesome. I can reach them anytime for any problem I am having in my environment, and they provide great support with minimum downtime for any problem I may have. I rate the customer support a ten out of ten.

We have not used any different solution before. Umbrella was the first and foremost solution that we performed a proof of concept on and implemented.

We see a great return on investment using Umbrella. We have seen an approximate ROI of around 231% over three years.

Umbrella is a high-enterprise cost product, so one should look at their budget before implementing this solution. It has tier-restricted features that users should be aware of regarding the kind of protection they would need in their environment, and it also has some remote reporting limitations that can be clarified before making a purchase decision.

We evaluated Cloudflare and OpenDNS solutions before choosing Umbrella.

Overall, Umbrella is a great product, and I have not seen any room for improvement. Whatever features I have used in Umbrella so far are outstanding, and I fully support what Umbrella offers today. Umbrella is overall a great product, and they are one of the market leaders in providing DNS security to an enterprise solution. They are doing a great job in managing their feeds and maintaining the transparency of why a domain is legitimate versus not legitimate, providing great detail to the user and administrator about whether the domain should be blocked or not. I would rate this product a ten out of ten.

I use Umbrella for DNS security because our network experiences tunnel-based DNS tunneling attacks. On a daily basis with Umbrella, we create policies to block 18 plus content.

Umbrella's best feature is DNS security because DNS is the most vulnerable component and can be a potential attack vector. I appreciate Umbrella's security features, particularly the URL filtering, SSL decryption, and secure web gateway feature, which I use very effectively.

Umbrella's AI capabilities are strong, particularly in interactive threat intelligence. I believe this is a good application of AI, as it can protect against phishing attempts, different vulnerabilities, and exploits. Umbrella's AI output has been consistent and reliable without raising any suspicions.

Umbrella has positively impacted our organization by improving productivity. We can control content while also maintaining the main usage benefits.

I think data loss prevention would be a good addition to Umbrella. Data loss prevention would be a beneficial feature if it were included. I believe data loss prevention would be a good fit for this product.

Umbrella serves as a cloud-delivered DNS encryption platform for protecting the DNS layer security both off-network and on-network, which allows complete management of DNS, enabling policy management, troubleshooting, and monitoring for endpoint security operations.

The feature I find myself relying on most is the one that blocks threats early at the DNS level, which is very useful. Umbrella works for remote users without connecting a VPN, which is important. It also allows for very quick deployment, as it is just DNS redirection, making deployment efficient. Additionally, centralized policy management allows me to monitor everything in one centralized console.

Umbrella has positively impacted my organization by blocking threats early at the DNS level. It works for remote users without a VPN and offers low latency compared to a full proxy. If a user clicks on phishing links, Umbrella blocks the DNS request, ensuring the user never reaches the malicious sites, which has been a great example of preventing malware downloads and data exfiltrations.

The user interface of Umbrella needs to provide more feasibility for understanding easily, as well as clearer details in the reports. Visibility is very important for an administrative user of Umbrella.

I chose a rating of eight out of ten because there are aspects that need implementation at the dashboard level and user management level, and improvements are needed in those areas, along with more categories and other features.

I have been using Umbrella for more than three years.

We have seen many instances where users have clicked on a malicious URL, and Umbrella has taken action by preventing and blocking access. Umbrella has provided immediate notifications when a user has navigated to a certain link, and it was able to block access immediately. The agent disconnecting from the session has proven effective, and there have been no performance or latency issues observed.

For others looking into using Umbrella, I would advise that it is very good and useful for DNS-level protections, especially in protecting against suspicious URLs in user interfaces. For example, if a user receives an email from an attacker with a suspicious URL, Umbrella can help protect users at the interface level. Everything is currently functioning well with Umbrella. My overall review rating for Umbrella is eight out of ten.

Umbrella was used on the security side to ensure that we had a secure connection for people and end users authorized to access the company infrastructure.

I used Umbrella for users in the company to help them make a connection through the VPN.

The main purpose was to provide the VPN with security to end users. The job was done properly without getting into specific or complex situations, and it replied to our expectations.

It was easy to use with no issues or specific problems. It was a good technology feature.

The security was well done. We did not encounter any specific issues with that use, and the users were not confused by using that feature or technology.

When we were upgrading the version of that technology, we did not face many difficulties. It remains easy to use, configure, and administrate.

I think eight is a good score. A ten would be the case where we would never encounter any issues, or the proactive work would be really well done without any problems. However, I think we always have problems with any technologies.

I have used Umbrella on different missions for two years.

I did not encounter any specific issues with that technology, no more than another. I was working on a support team and administration team. If I had to provide the rights for people to use Umbrella, it was my job, and I was on the support team to help people make the connection properly using it.

To my knowledge, everything went well when I was using that technology.

It handles increased demand well.

It was appreciated by my colleagues and there were no complaints from end users.

It was good as I was part of the team.

I use many different solutions. I cannot provide a complete list. Regarding VPN, we use VPNs such as GlobalProtect and different VPNs on different positions.

I cannot remember clearly because it is not very recent, but I think we had to provide licenses to users. Basically, we were using a security group to ensure that end users were allowed and had a license assigned to them.

That is not my role in the positions that I work.

The return on investment was positive.

I would rate the setup cost as eight because we can always improve anything, but eight would be fine.

The VPN would be an alternate solution.

The good advice would be to ensure not to share the credentials with anyone and to ensure that it is properly used. I would rate this review as an eight.

My main use case for Umbrella is for our DNS security and proxy. This is what we are required to use to block any unwanted communications, domains, or certain categories which are available on the web internet that we want to restrict for our organization users so that they can avoid going into malicious sites and domains.

I can give a quick specific example of how I have used Umbrella to block or restrict access in my organization through content filtering, by manually adding the domains, AI blocking, blocking of on-size, blocking of unwanted restricted sites, blocking of newly registered domains, blocking of social media platforms and various others.

Umbrella offers excellent features including usability; it is simple, easily accessible, and usable. The content filtering, reporting, and researching capabilities are very good and make it user-friendly for everyone.

Those reporting and researching capabilities have been really helpful in our day-to-day operations and have provided insights to understand what is happening so we can strategically plan based on our organization needs.

Umbrella has positively impacted my organization because previously, we were not having any visibility on what was coming in and what was going out. Currently, with the help of Umbrella, we are able to restrict what can go out and what can come inside, which is really helpful for each and every organization, not only for us. Umbrella is doing a great job in this area.

We have seen a couple of reductions in the sites and domains which users were visiting unwantedly or without having information, which drastically reduced, resulting in a positive impact. This is how it is increasing our security posture as well. This was the main objective for acquiring Umbrella within the organization, and the business is pretty much helpful with that.

I found Umbrella to be good, and it would be helpful if we could enhance some features related to the AIs and also provide some inputs on a weekly basis regarding what is going on in the market and your best recommendations; probably I am not getting it. We have not subscribed, but if you can guide me on where we can get that information, that would be really helpful.

Umbrella can be improved by providing something on a day-to-day basis so that users can be aware. The improvement of AI facilities or AI recommendations needs to be added, and they should provide the best recommendations based on the traffic they are seeing on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, such as what needs to be blocked and what can be looked after so that the business or the person who is looking into that can find it helpful. That is the main enhancement I can think of right now.

I think I have covered pretty much all the needed improvements for Umbrella that I have not mentioned yet.

We were not using any solution previously; this is the first one we have purchased.

I cannot calculate it based on specific metrics, but from a security perspective, it is the best investment and a good investment, probably what we need for our organization.

We have not evaluated other options before choosing Umbrella.
