For our day-to-day use cases, the correlation and attribution of different alerts are valuable. It is sort of an SIEM, but it is intelligent enough to run the queries and intentionally detect and prioritize attacks for you. At the end of the day, it is different data that you see. It correlates data for you and makes it meaningful. You can see that someone got an email and clicked a link. That link downloaded, for example, malware into the memory of the machine. From there, you can see that they started moving laterally to your environment. I quite like it because it gives visibility, so Workbench is what we use every day

They were one of the companies, early on, that spent a lot of time integrating their toolsets, and I was really impressed with that... the endpoint management system could reach out to the Deep Discovery system on the network and pick up something that it perceived as a suspicious object.

The most significant recent change has been the addition of the new AI companion.

Trend Vision One has significantly improved our company because we can now track and see how many attacks we have. Since we’ve implemented it, we haven’t had any major attacks that have successfully entered the company. So, we know the defense mechanism is working.

When we purchased Vision One, what set it apart was that it wasn't a traditional signature-based antivirus. It's a process-aware solution that provides real-time protection. That was a big differentiator three years ago, but now it's a given that every AV provider should be doing that. It combines signature-based telemetry with behavioral awareness and a detection-based solution, making it a good solution for us.

I like the workbench. It is a view of all the alerts or problems in your estate. The visibility that it provides to engineers is very useful. It is one thing having lots of alerts. It is another thing to have something to correlate all your alerts into a workbench for you so that you can see what is going on.

The SOC team is the most valuable feature for us because having experts who monitor global threat landscapes and can respond accordingly is incredibly helpful.

The dashboard is valuable. It provides a comprehensive view of our security status and allows us to compare ourselves with other companies using Trend Vision.

We had previously deployed on-premises, and all we had to do was access the designated console and click a button to migrate all on-premises agents to cloud agents.

Reporting could be a little bit better. They are working on it, and it is getting better.

When you deploy these tools from Trend Micro, the integration and getting them to work together, are among the more difficult pieces of the puzzle. But when you get that set up and working, you're glad you did.

It would be great if there were Trend Micro products that could enhance the security of these devices, either as part of our product or in some other way integrated into our offering.

They need to stop changing Vision One once a week. They're in a hurry to change things so badly and so fast that I can't find where stuff is half the time, which is a challenge sometimes.

Having more variables within the playbook would be useful. It would allow us to have more refined playbooks for the business. It would allow us to take stronger action through a playbook. It will give us confidence to target a particular area of business where our risk tolerance might be higher or lower. We would like to have more granular playbooks.
