The features that I find most valuable in Sophos Cyberoam UTM is the RED, the Sophos RED, which is the SD-WAN, a very welcome feature that has made us fully transition out of the paid MPLS to SD-WANs.

It offers robust email security and firewall features, with a single screen for managing policies. Users value its SD-WAN gateway but note VPN configuration and network traffic analysis need improvement. Email filtering systems and technical support require enhancement, while documentation improvements could aid configuration and understanding.
