I use Sage Business Cloud Enterprise Management to digitize our processes. I put our work and the opportunities on the platform, validate financial offers, and manage fees from transport and financial management. 

I also use the system for record-keeping of client information and work collaboratively with teams. 

Additionally, I use it for supply chain management and inventory management by maintaining information about stock and deposits.

Sage Business Cloud Enterprise Management has helped by making processes such as calculating costs, accessing inventory information quickly, validating offers, and extracting data easier. It allows for collaboration among different departments and the personalization of tasks.

Our company is a partner with the solution and we roll it out to clients who have many different use cases.

The solution is one of the go-to products for multi-company, multi-legislative, and multi-location structures. The solution's architecture within the product itself allows you to link to multiple sub-companies within the structure and get a consolidated view. This is the main use case because it allows a consolidated structure to have financial visibility from the higher end or from drilling down to an organization's child level. 

We deploy the solution both on the public cloud and on-premises depending on customer use cases. We have about 200 users with 10% to 20% being technical staff and the rest being end users. 

The best feature is the solution's elastic, multi-company structure. You can expand or add companies at any time while retaining the same architecture and flow with minimal affect on your wallet. 

The solution is parameterized so you don't need a lot of customizations because it naturally has the ability to parameterize, configure, and adapt to various organizational procedures. You don't have to stick to some standard way of doing things because the solution adapts to your way of doing things. 

The approval and audit engines are very powerful. 

The built-in development component allows you to customize and develop without depending on third-party factors. Across six years, 80% to 85% of our use cases are completely managed within the solution because of its architecture. 

We primarily use it for commercial clients and finance. 

It works well for medium-sized enterprises but is not suitable for corporate or manufacturing companies. For example, it's challenging to use it for a manufacturing company.

Moreover, integration with other platforms is not available right now. That would be a valuable addition.

We are using Sage Business Cloud Enterprise Management to manage the accounting process, such as time and reporting.

The most valuable feature of Sage Business Cloud Enterprise Management is the business intelligence module. Additionally, report consolidation, cloud access, and analysis are useful. 

We use it for accounting and procurement. The accounting part covers the full accounting solution such as accounts receivable, general ledger, and so forth. We are using Sage X3 version 11.

The accounting part and the procurement part are most valuable. It is a very good system with workflows and notifications.
