The primary selling point of this product is its unparalleled transparency into the infrastructure. It provides detailed information about the applications installed on each server and the operating systems they run. Another noteworthy feature is its near-instantaneous one-second monitoring, delivering updates rapidly.
What needs improvement?
The graphical user interface is currently competitive within the APM market. While it is already quite good, there is room for improvement in terms of providing better functionality. They could also enhance the existing Auto-Fix feature to further improve its capabilities.

It provides good scalability capabilities. I would rate it eight out of ten.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support is generally responsive, although occasional delays can occur. Currently, it's satisfactory, not outstanding but certainly not poor either. Given the competitive landscape in the market, there's room for improvement, and they should consider being more proactive.
How would you rate customer service and support?
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is straightforward and easy. The solution is versatile enough to work seamlessly on various types of infrastructure, be it on-premises or in the cloud.
What about the implementation team?
Deployment typically involves a team of five to six engineers. When all the necessary prerequisites are met, the installation process can be completed in just one or two minutes.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
It's reasonably priced and manageable, especially for individuals who grasp the significance of application monitoring. It is billed on an annual basis, with one agent per server being the standard setup. I would rate it seven out of ten.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We explored other options and even had discussions with a few of our customers who use competitive products such as Dynatrace and AppDynamics. The feedback from them has been mixed, not overwhelmingly positive or negative, but rather falls somewhere in the middle.
What other advice do I have?
My recommendation is to first thoroughly understand your specific needs and determine the level of observability you require for your application. If you seek a comprehensive view, where you can pinpoint issues and errors within the application, especially in the context of its microservices and constant communication, you should define your requirements for availability, stability, and scalability. This holistic approach should encompass both the server and application aspects, ensuring they are finely tuned to work seamlessly together. Overall, I would rate it nine out of ten.
