We are a digital marketing agency. If we need access to something in the Business Manager or in a Google Ad account, we can guide the client to do it, or we can control the screen from where we are to create something on the Business Manager or to edit something We are in Istanbul and Istanbul is…

A user-friendly and stable solution providing remote desktop sharing functionality to its users
TeamViewer Tensor provides user-based licensing now. Earlier, it was concurrent-based licensing. Pricing might be improved for TeamViewer Tensor. It is more costly than some of the corporate licenses other products offer. So, we can get the other alternate products at a lower cost than TeamViewer Tensor. The SSO feature of the solution may sometimes not function perfectly, as it is integrated with the domain. Enabling SSO means it is enabled for the entire organization's domain, which can cause login issues for other users, particularly if they have renewed their licenses and cannot log in with their credentials. Therefore, it would be better to provide users with a TeamViewer ID and password without disrupting others and the overall business. In summary, the SSO feature needs improvement.

Where you buy one license, and they will give you the second one free, or you can try to get discounts. Most of our licenses that we have we tried to do something like that just to save some money."
"I rate pricing a ten on a scale from one to ten, where one is low and ten is high. There are no additional costs attached to the licensing of the solution."
"The pricing is a little bit on the higher side."
