Performs very well and enables us to track our customer details in a better way
The primary use was that we had implemented the identity management into our organizations which was necessary to handle our internal work, and also for our customer portal for a secure login process Has definitely improved our organization. After the implementation, we were able to track our…

Centralized identity has strengthened banking security and is improving user authentication
I see areas for improvement with OneLogin as most clients require a market reference or evaluator report, such as a Gartner report, to be convinced to use a new product. Many vendors lack clear documentation or site references. Clarity in documentation, similar to that with Thales and Fortinet, simplifies our job and helps us convince clients by providing links to credible sources. There may be latency issues with OneLogin Customer Identity, as most of these security products are virtual and software-based. Latency and performance depend on the physical server, and fulfilling vendor-recommended resource requirements will ensure functionality; thus, if those requirements are met, there should be no issues.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"ROI is definitely on the higher side, with correct customer details we can target and nurture our prospect efficiently."
"Single sign-on and multi-factor authentication: We have implemented both on our customer and employee portal, and we can track our customer data in a much better way."
"LoginRadius is easy to use and implement, and our customers can access our multiple web apps and websites without logging into each property individually."
"OneLogin Customer Identity has positively impacted our organization by significantly improving our security."
"In terms of specific numbers, before we had a very poor pool of security breaches and it was not easy to log into every application in my organization, as we manually logged into every application, however, when we got OneLogin, it really simplified how we log in by using just one password or going passwordless, and we have been able to save at least 70 to 80% of our time compared to our previous tool."
"The biggest benefit of OneLogin Customer Identity for cybersecurity in a banking environment is the ability to manage many virtual machines, servers, and applications that require different credentials and privileges by using single sign-on, which automates the process."

Cons

"They could remove the option from the dashboard in which we need to ask for the support team to enable few services."
"OneLogin Customer Identity's mobile app is not the best and could use some improvements for easy use on the go or at home or remotely."
"Comparing OneLogin Customer Identity with CyberArk technically, I think CyberArk is better; I have had CyberArk for around two years or more, and I know of two or three customers in Ethiopian financial institutions using CyberArk Identity Access Management."
"Additionally, I noticed that training is a must. A training and learning curve is necessary for everyone to go through, and I would love the option to skip the training if the user already knows about the system."
