Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The most valuable feature of Lenovo XClarity is the ease of use because of the interface browser that is highly compatible and it has mobile web management.""The product's most valuable feature is its ability to provide insights into server status and alerts."

More Lenovo XClarity Controller Pros →

"The features I found most valuable are the user interface and a wide range of network devices that are easy to configure.""It's a very reliable platform and we've never had any issues regarding the scalability or the stability of Zabbix.""The most valuable features in Zabbix are those that help us overcome bottlenecks in CPU usage, as well as reduce memory delay. I know that we have only reached the tip of the iceberg of what Zabbix's features can do for us, and we have not used all of them yet.""We value the auto-host discovery, template import, bulk import/export features. Newer versions also add nice features, such as multi-IP per host.""It's a flexible solution.""It has good graphs of what is going on within the operating system.""The basic setup is very easy.""They've already added extra features, such as noise-canceling and facial recognition, which is great."

Cons
"They could enable notifications on emails and phones regarding control panel information.""Lenovo XClarity can improve the dashboard integration. For example, graphs could be better. Additionally, more integration with other vendors is needed. For example, VMware has integration with a lot of vendors."

More Lenovo XClarity Controller Cons →

"We would like to see the addition of automatic push functionality to this product. This would save time when monitoring our servers and networks as, at present, we have to manually install the Zabbix agent on any hardware to be monitored.""The System Center Operations Manager can be improved.""Zabbix is powerful, but it is difficult to understand initially. There are many things that can be improved, but we might not be using Zabbix to its fullest extent. The software has more features than we need.""There is a bit of a learning curve during installation.""The user interface could be better.""The only improvement I would suggest, revolves around its AI and ML capabilities.""The integration of the product is not so easy, especially when it comes to the application database.""They should open an SSH session from the web interface."

I have researched a quite a few network monitoring tools which can be used for various monitoring purposes of not only the servers, but the intermediate routers as well. There are majorly three types of these softwares. Ones which are completely open-source, you can do almost anything you want using these, but they require quite some expertise before you can use them. Then there are the ones that are not open source, the enterprise softwares and cost you some money, but on the other hand, they are extremely easy to set-up and learn. You can have them up and running in a matter of minutes. And then there are those which are completely cloud based. They can be free of cost or charge some money depending on the software. The good thing about these is that you don’t have to install any extra software, and it can be managed completely online but then again these have limited features and you cannot exploit them to the full extent as you can do with the open-source and to some extent the enterprise software, so I won’t suggest you to use these, because these are generally not the complete solutions and require other support software to achieve the same. Below I have listed the outstanding pros and cons of the various Network analyzers that you can look into Nagios Pros: Nagios offers an extensive set of collector plug-ins that allows users to gather performance and availability data from a broad range of operating systems, including  Windows and Netware Nagios… Read more →
