Implementation successfully automates operations but support response requires improvement

There are other INTELLIBOT products available in the market that are superior and have been around for a long time. ServiceNow's product could improve by increasing its promotion. Customer support could also be improved, as they are slow to respond and appear to have policies that do not provide sufficient support for partners. They expect partners to be self-sufficient, which seems unusual for a product company.

The most valuable features include process task mining where UiPath Automation Ops records tasks performed on the computer and generates output in the form of a process map and procedural document. It captures all clicks made, making documentation easier. Additional features include image processing, PDF file processing, Excel file input processing, data calculations, and cross-application data movement. Automation Cloud is a comprehensive solution, while UiPath Automation Ops handles governance, coding standards, and user access management. Automation Ops is primarily used by developers and support teams, whereas Automation Cloud is used for implementation and development.
