Targetprocess offers several valuable features, including easy customization when required and ease of use for getting started, making it suitable for beginners. The reporting feature in Targetprocess provides a wide range of standard reports and has excellent ability to perform self-service reports for any needed scenario with slice and dice and filtering at all levels. Targetprocess is very easy to use. For beginners, screens and views are well-represented and easy to understand. Project portfolio management is easy, including budgeting, capacity planning, forecasting, and dashboards that are excellent. Targetprocess has positively impacted the organization, as visibility was a crucial deliverable. Agility health measures have increased by 30%. Feature cycle time, which is clearly measured across the ART, has improved by 50% over the past three years. The clearer and more effective measurable PI planning events are excellent, with the PI objectives achieved rate now at 80 to 90% versus 55% when starting. Measuring agility health and feature cycle time has been a fantastic part of the journey and growth, helping achieve high levels of maturity after years. Targetprocess was implemented early in the Agile journey and within six months, growth occurred with the tool, fundamentally assisting in configuring portfolios, understanding Agile ways and methodology, and allowing the creation of measures and reports much faster, fully integrated with Jira in a bi-directional way.
