Comprehensive cloud tools have unified identity security and device management for my clients
I would suggest a lower cost for my clients because Microsoft 365 has many other licenses that provide different types of features. Microsoft 365 Business covers most of their requirements, and for the other parts, they use other third-party tools for cybersecurity. Although Microsoft 365 Business offers some cybersecurity features, it does not offer everything, such as endpoint detection response and mitigation. For those, clients need to buy a higher version of a license, such as Enterprise E1 or E5. I think Microsoft 365 Business can be improved if it adds more features such as endpoint detection or more features from Microsoft Defender, including cloud app security. With cloud app security, the application status or application logs can be monitored. Currently, cloud app security is not part of Microsoft 365 Business. You have to purchase a standalone license for that. If that can be added, it can increase the volume of purchases for Microsoft 365 Business.

Pros

"We use Huddle to store important team files, and with a dispersed team, we set permissions on files that are relevant to each team, helping us keep files up to date and streamline projects."
"It is pretty secure. Although it is on the cloud, it has features such as two-factor authentication for making our enterprise data secure. Its availability is very valuable. It is always up, and we've never faced a downtime with it until now."
"It is an indispensable tool in the planning of architectural projects, it allows us to organize and manage the stages of the project, process metric calculations and gives vivid memories of the work."
"The solution is nice and straightforward."
"Offers very good versatility."
"The most valuable feature is the ease of use."
"The most valuable features are for content collaboration and content management."
"We are very satisfied with the technical support."
"Teams is a valuable feature in addition to the other features 365 provides."

Cons

"I think the navigation from project to project could be improved, but other than that, nothing I would add."
"Lower license options should come embedded with security."
"Had you asked me two months ago, I would have said just fine, but I know Microsoft has had some issues recently. I would say that it's fairly stable, but I think that all the increased traffic from COVID and people working from home has resulted in it being less stable."
"I am responsible for handling the licenses and was not happy with the amount of time spent during the auditing process."
"It requires logging out and in again when working for different companies."
"Microsoft 365 Business can be improved because sometimes the admin portal can be confusing, especially for a new user, and policies are spread across multiple dashboards."
"The solution isn't stable."
"We haven't been happy with it due to the fact that we need to keep paying for all of these emails of past employees."
"The stability is not so good; it's an aspect of the solution we really don't like and they need to work on this."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"I have one of the business licenses, and then I have a few of the lower-cost ones at six bucks a month. We're a small organization of half a dozen people."
"Licensing fees are paid on a yearly basis."
"The licenses are available for a fair price."
"I rate the pricing of the program a seven out of ten."
"Now you can select different licenses, for example, if somebody doesn't need all of the features, it would cost $8 USD per month and if they didn't need the email application then it would cost $6 USD per month."
"It has a subscription-based model, so we need to procure as many licenses as required as part of an enterprise agreement. It is a little bit expensive. It is definitely a bit more expensive than other solutions that are on-premises. It is also expensive as compared to the cloud-based solutions from other companies. However, when we look at the ease of use of the product and the adoption by the users, its cost can definitely be considered as comparable to other products. The features that we get in this solution are not available in solutions from its competitors."
"We have an enterprise license, and we get some price off for that. Its price could be better for companies that are not using it massively."
"The price of the license for Microsoft 365 Business can be expensive for smaller businesses and should be adjusted. The overall pricing model can be improved upon."
