Offers valuable features like synchronization and backup
Some time ago, I faced issues with Google Drive Enterprise, but it is not related to the tool and was more of a problem associated with Android. At the end of the day, I had to contact Google's support team to deal with the issue associated with the capacity offered by the solution. Google's support team held me for free, and they helped me change the location from the US because the mobile app factory showed that the activation work was done in the US. Google's team helped me move the location to Spain. Google's support was fast, knowledgeable, and customer-friendly. I rate the technical support an eight out of ten.

Improves productivity and allows team collaboration in organizations
Previously, my company did not use a unified communication tool. For unified communication, my company started to use Microsoft 365 Business. My company used to use technology like Slack for team collaboration. My company used to use local products to manage emails. My company had a totally different license for Office 365. Microsoft 365 Business was chosen by our company as a solution to combine everything. My company does not use a similar technology, like Microsoft 365 Business. In general, my company improved by moving away from disintegrated technologies, and now we are able to integrate different technologies using Microsoft 365 Business.

"Some of the most useful features of Google Drive Enterprise is the ability to store my data and share it."
"There's no real implementation necessary."

"Everything that you need is included inside."
"The features that I like best with Microsoft 365 Business are that the files are available offline."
"The solution is easy to use and scalable."

Cons

"The Google Sheets should have more functionality."
"Security-wise, Google Drive Enterprise needs improvement. Compared to its competitor: Kiteworks, Google Drive Enterprise is less secure."
"The solution is relatively new and takes some time to get used to."
"The tool must allow more customization."
"Lacks scalability and security."
"Google Drive Enterprise can improve by having better compatibility with Microsoft files. Google Drive Enterprise sometimes blocks Japanese characters in documents."
"The solution should be more user-friendly so that people get used to it."
"Google Drive Enterprise can improve by suggesting to me I have duplicate files or some kind of duplicate feature. If it can give that kind of advice, it would be a great feature on a drive storage capability. There has to be some kind of machine learning to analyze individual data and provide recommendations."
"My main pain point concerns the licensing price, which could be lower."
"I would like to see more integration options."
"The solution should have better integration with other platforms."
"There are various things that you need to use PowerShell to do. That would be good. You could do them through the management portal, rather than through PowerShell. That's the biggest improvement I would like to see."
"The solution's licensing framework needs improvement."
"It would be ideal if the solution offered a free version. Currently, there are only paid options available."
"The technical support need to improve, I have had bad experiences."
"The pricing for this solution could be improved."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"I have evaluated Amazon AWS and IBM solutions. Amazon AWS has competitive prices for cloud storage and backups."
"The costs could be lower, but they are reasonable for the value they provide."
"Storage is the only product offered and that makes it expensive to use."
"On a scale from one to ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive, I rate the solution's pricing a nine out of ten."
"In the free subscription, Google Drive Enterprise provides limited integrations. You get basic integration features, but for more extensive API usage, a paid subscription is required. Even with the paid subscription, there are limits on free API usage, such as a certain number of calls per day or month."
"I use the free version."
"You don't need to pay if it is within your storage limits. If you need more, you can have a corporate license. I don't know the pricing, but there is a corporate license. The extra costs would only be if you exceed these free limits."
"If you need extra storage for the product, then you need to make certain payments towards the product's licensing charges."
"We do monthly billing, however, I'm not sure what the exact costs are. We may pay around $1,000/month. We started using the Microsoft Teams and we've started doing the conference call feature, so that's another $4 an account and we have a few accounts using that right now."
"It works out to be $12.50 per user per month."
"Microsoft 365 Business will be good to have if you have a large organization where you have more than 3000 employees. Other cheaper solutions, like Gmail, are easily available in the market."
"There is a licensing fee that is quite expensive. However, the solution is useful and the price is equal to the value."
"Pricing can vary a lot due to fluctuations in exchange rates and that is not favorable for planning."
"The price of the solution is costly but it is fair for what is offered. I have found that the billing model can definitely be improved. Currently, it is not very transparent. It is a big problem, especially in cloud-based models."
"There is an annual license required for this solution. For a smaller organization, it could be expensive."
"There is a subscription needed for this solution."
