Pros

"The monitoring of the applications to let our business know when things are performing and that they're up and available.""It provides a comprehensive monitoring solution for our open systems.""It delivers our customers many metrics, so they may make decisions""I can use the Drag and Drop feature to build dashboards within minutes.""The benefit is easy installation. Thus, the model approach of the product and out-of-the-box probes, which deliver direct value.""I definitely appreciate the flexibility and ease of use. We've been using UIM for almost three years now. It's pretty much point and click, very easy to use. And we've had no problems scaling it to our own environment.""This solution allows us to have an overview of the infrastructure and identify areas where the performance isn't optimal, or where upgrades could be carried out.""You can integrate clouds, hybrid infrastructure, and on-premise infrastructure into one product."

"The remote support and data collection features are great.""It is a pretty stable solution...It is a pretty stable solution.""We have found the solution to be very flexible to our requirements. We have been able to configure it on-premise effectively when we were using less of the cloud.""Most of the features are pretty good and the solution is user friendly.""Kaseya Traverse is a very stable solution and very sustainable in terms of what the market wants, what is out there, price-wise and functionality features. They're quite competitive and they are always innovating.""Everything is running seamlessly on the solution, to the point where you don't see any gap.""It's a simple and humble tool."

Cons
"The Wi-Fi side needs improvement."

More Juniper Mist Premium Analytics Cons →

"We would like the navigation of this solution to be more user friendly for our system administrators.""Stability.""I think it can be improved by a greater provision of specialized technical support, as there are very few trained personnel there.""How we can get more native information from CA's solutions.""The biggest feature that I've been hoping they would enhance on is inventory management: things like adding/removing nodes.""There is also room for improvement in the reporting. It is not really good enough, according to our customers. So what we now usually do is use Power BI to get them the kinds of reports they want.""They need to continue to advance the filter capabilities, and provide more input fields.""I'm very happy with DX Unified Infrastructure Management, but what could be improved is its user interface because currently, it has many wide spaces. All the information you need is in DX Unified Infrastructure Management, and it's a reliable tool, and though that's more important than the gaps in the user interface being smaller or wider, those gaps still need some improvement. I know the team is working on it. My company had some backend problems with DX Unified Infrastructure Management in the past that have now been solved. The setup for the tool also needs improvement because it's complex. Another room for improvement in DX Unified Infrastructure Management is its technical support because it's sometimes not as knowledgeable or responsive. What I'm suggesting to be added to the tool is an open-standard ELK Elastic-based database where you can put in all data, so that you can use the data in other systems as well."

More DX Unified Infrastructure Management Cons →

"Dashboards and Central Protection were an issue. Also, database monitoring was not there. Even though they said that it was there at an additional cost, that tool was very basic. We couldn't have device configuration backup also.""Reporting is a bit difficult.""Reporting is tedious and not organized in the way customers expect.""The tool needs to have some AI capabilities, which it lacks currently.""We've noticed a few bugs as of late. However, this seems to only be in the reporting part of the product.""Kaseya Traverse can improve by adding a Service Map to help us create a configuration management database (CMDB), this would be helpful for us.""In terms of what could be improved, we are innovating all the time, as well as having a look at different avenues so that the strategy follows the structure. I think the software is still a little bit too new to actually fully asses what it has."

Pricing and Cost Advice
Information Not Available
  • "This product is expensive compared to other vendors (SolarWinds, ManageEngine)."
  • "The product-price ratio is better than other brands such as Fortinet or SonicWall."
  • "The license cost depends on the number of probes and robots."
  • "Reasonable setup cost and licensing prices."
  • "CAD $400,000 annually."
  • "Customers pay for the license and the support."
  • "Pricing for DX Unified Infrastructure Management isn't cheap at all. It's a complex tool, so you have to pay more. No one is happy with a large bill to pay, but if it's a complex product and you designed a complex solution to be monitored, it'll be your fault that you need to buy an expensive product, and that would be implicit in the design of DX Unified Infrastructure Management. Monitoring is just a small part of it. Sometimes you have to pay a significant amount of money for a complex yet very good solution."
  • More DX Unified Infrastructure Management Pricing and Cost Advice →

  • "The price depends on whether you are monitoring different applications, especially in bulk, and depends on what you're doing. If you're monitoring one endpoint, it will cost you 150 ZAR."
  • "The solution is not cheap, but it is not too expensive."
