Free to use for those signing, reliable, and great for digital signatures
I'm not sure if you can download the signed documentation. They should ensure that every company can accept it. I'm not sure if all companies use it. Often, you need to convert it to Adobe before you can email it. I'd like to see something that helps artists to digitalize their work and upload it online. If a user decides to print work, it should be traceable or signed so you can see who is taking it and using your work without your permission. It would help you protect yourself and your work. Digital signatures that act like a watermark on digital work would be a game-changer. It would be useful if the solution were available on the cloud for free until you need to do something with it.

Provides good integration and invoice facilities
I use the latest version of Zoho Sign. Zoho Sign is still improving because they send their announcements each month. I recommend people use Zoho Sign only if they have proper guidance from the people at Zoho. Else, it will be a big mess. Overall, I rate Zoho Sign a six out of ten.

Cons

"They send the contract out with default templates, and we need to be able to adjust the templates as we would like."
"The solution limits the number of contracts one can sign."
"Because not everyone uses it, it's difficult to get it adopted. When you send someone something and it's a DocuSign, they go, "Okay, this is legit." When you use any of the other ones, people are like, "Oh! What is this?" I don't know if that's a branding issue or something else."
