They don't understand how it works. They'll tell you to do something that I know would affect something else. "An opportunity for Eightfold to improve on is to open up their environment to allow us to own our application maintenance and development environment. We would like to be able to make some of the configuration changes and improvements ourselves.""It would be interesting to enable Eightfold to have a user experience that is seamless in terms of single sign on to and from core systems of record. That is, the ability for a user or hiring manager/recruiter to go in and out of Eightfold back into their core system, whether that be Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc. It would great to be able to go back and forth with a single sign on capability so that you don't have to log in and out of applications, where it's a bidirectional single sign on.""The tagging feature is not as in depth and easy to use as I would've hoped for. Although you can create tags for candidates, there's no way to report all those tags and see what tags are already created.""There are some small product features that could be enhanced. Ease of use and the recruiter user experience could be improved. Moving through certain stages involves many clicks which can be time consuming.""Eightfold could be improved by focusing on the employee experience. It is important that Eightfold understands how it forms part of the entire experience, especially as they continue to scale.
