I have been using GCP for Kubernetes service, Cloud Run, and GCP VMs. They offer utilities for Colab, which is an open-source notebook that can be modified or set up with GCP.

I have worked with Google because the organization I was working with had their system set up on Google.

The OAuth service on Google Cloud enables integration of sign in with Google or sign up with Google option on websites. It requires adding the backend API and the front-end URL for setup. Once the authentication service is set up, it needs to be integrated into the front end and back end. The GCP front end usage was minimal as it only required entering the details.

It has been affordable. When I signed up to Google Cloud, I received between 100 to 300 dollars worth of credits to explore different services, which helped me learn Google Kubernetes service, Google Cloud Run, and GCP VMs. For the website I developed, I set up the back end on Cloud Run, which provides logs and details of backend operations. It has not been expensive to maintain that service.

I have found ways to improve the organization through implementing various services.

I haven't used many of their services. The Google Cloud Platform UI can be confusing because service locations are not clear. With Azure, the entire directory of available services is provided and can be filtered easily. With GCP, this has been a challenge.

I have been using this solution for ten years.

It is generally stable.

I would need to scale it and it is scalable. I would just need to move the container I have set up on Cloud Run to a VM or cluster, which could be straightforward. They have made it simple to scale the backend.

There are features regarding QR code setup, compatibility, and security.

I am using Google Chrome Enterprise for browsing.

There is one product for operating system called Google Chrome OS Flex.

Google Chrome Enterprise generally updates in the background with a button that appears for relaunching to update. The updates are frequent, occurring every two or three days. While tab history is saved, it can be inconvenient to close and reopen all tabs.

When an update occurs, a button appears on Google Chrome Enterprise indicating the need to relaunch. This requires closing all Chrome windows before updating.

Google Chrome Enterprise is simple to install. For Google Cloud services, installation is not necessary as services are created directly on the cloud.

It is currently running on public cloud. I don't have anything deployed on other clouds, only GCP.

I have rated this solution 6 out of 10.

My major use case for Google Chrome Enterprise is as a search browser.

Search browser is the only use case.

I have centralized management tools in Chrome, and we have centralized management.

It helps a lot to manage devices efficiently.

Security features such as sandboxing and automatic updates help with data protection, and it helps significantly.

The best aspects of Google Chrome Enterprise are its compatibility with everything, smooth management, and frequent security patching, which I find nice to use.

I find that it is easy to install and update.

In terms of areas for improvement, Google is improving; they are enhancing the updates and security, so they have a vision about the browser itself.

Regarding Google Chrome Enterprise improvements, they need to declare some security details; they are applying security but not publishing the details about the security applied.

When troubleshooting any issues, especially security issues, it is not easy to define the root cause.

I have been using Google Chrome Enterprise for about five or six years.

I find that it is stable and suits our needs.

I consider Google Chrome Enterprise to be both stable and scalable.

I have not used technical support from Google before.

I have not had any experience with support.

I have experience working with other browsers from other vendors such as Microsoft.

Comparing Google Chrome Enterprise with Microsoft, there are some big differences; however, if you are tech-aware, Microsoft Edge is built on a Chromium base already, so they are almost the same.

Ultimately, it depends on the environment, but I find that both are very similar.

In my case, I use both Microsoft and Google Chrome Enterprise to the same extent.

Regarding pricing, I am not aware of the prices.

I work with communication products and collaboration tools including SharePoint, Microsoft, and Google, and I use them all.

Regarding Google Cloud Platform, I am not familiar with Google Platform Cloud Identity-Aware Proxy for ZTNA.

For cloud storage, I use Google Chrome Enterprise, but I do not use Google Drive.

There are different use cases for Google Chrome Enterprise. In my organization, we use it for Hangouts, chat, meetings, Google Workspace, meetings, Google Slides, and Google Docs for sharing documentation and other things.

The standout advantage of Google Chrome Enterprise is its ease of use; it is easy to share information within the Share Drive.

The centralized management feature in Google Chrome Enterprise is quite good. This centralized management feature helps because it is quite secure; it is password protected, so you cannot access it without proper authentication. It is easy to share information when you have password-protected documentation, as nobody can access it other than the person who knows the password.

The automatic updates feature in Google Chrome Enterprise is quite useful. When I am working on any documentation, it auto updates at the same time I am using the slides or other features, making it a really good feature.

The features that are lacking in Google Chrome Enterprise are related to Teams. If you use Teams for a meeting, the experience in Teams is much better than in Hangouts. People usually get confused about how to present and stop presenting in Hangouts, while in Teams it is quite easy and self-explanatory. One more feature in Teams is that you can share live presentations, but Google Chrome Enterprise does not have an option for presenting live presentations.

I have been using Google Chrome Enterprise for quite a long time, around nine to ten years.

I have not integrated Google Chrome Enterprise with any third-party solutions; I am just a user of these services as an end user.

Recently, when I was using Google Chrome Enterprise, I found it stable enough and did not see any issues. I think it is a good solution and it is stable.

Nowadays, more organizations are moving from Microsoft to Google because the pricing of Google Chrome Enterprise is much better than Microsoft. There are some features which are lacking in Google compared to Microsoft, but overall, within the price, you get a good offering in Google.

I am actually not sure if I have tried both options for Google Chrome Enterprise deployment; it is on-premise and on cloud.

I do not have an idea about the time savings from Google Chrome Enterprise because I am not the admin of any organization; I think the admin would have this idea. I am actually the end user from the organization.

I use Google Chrome Enterprise on a basic level because I don't deal with a large volume of data at the moment. For me, I'm using it for Google Drive, first of all, for my personal data storage, including photos and everything.

For my business as an entrepreneur, I use it for sharing the data within the team and externally. Then with Excel, I mean the spreadsheet where I have my contacts. Even though we have CRM, we use it for certain purposes to organize things, but not at an extreme level of huge volume of data.

For my work, I am using Google Chrome Enterprise for browsing and everything related to my day-to-day activities. For emails, sometimes I'm using web email; it is day-to-day, from morning till night for everything.

I use Microsoft Edge sometimes for specific tasks; for example, one of my bank web links works better in Microsoft Edge. It is not that I am not using Edge at all; it's very minimal. Whenever I am using the bank site, it is not properly working on Google Chrome Enterprise. Maybe specific components are missing in the update. Just because of that reason, I use Edge, but 90 to 95% of my tasks are on Google Chrome Enterprise only.

I use the automatic updates in Google Chrome Enterprise.

I am using Google Admin console for managing my devices. It is actually convenient. I am using that for managing multiple accounts and parent accounts. I think the functionalities I am using are suitable.

Google account storage could use some improvements. By default, 15 GB is available in the Google account. But with high-volume data and increasing quality of pictures, it feels insufficient.

Google Chrome Enterprise has been acceptable in terms of stability. This could be the reason we continue to choose it.

I can't use Google Chrome Enterprise for my bank site because it could be the bank site issue. Something is breaking on the logging page itself, so it could be a cookies issue. As long as it is working in Edge, I am content with that.

Google account storage could use some improvements. They should have a better compression mechanism or increase the free data space to the next level; at least make it 30 or 40 GB. According to the current trend, increasing the free version is better so that people can sustain for some time before making a purchase.

There could be more flexible options for pricing and license for Google Chrome Enterprise. Currently, there are maybe two, three, or four options, but there should be something lesser than one TB. Customers should be able to choose extra storage according to their needs, such as 50 GB on demand, rather than predefined sizes.

There aren't many complaints about the Google Admin console; maybe some improvements, especially with the parent control part. Perhaps I didn't explore that much; that could be a reason.

I didn't have much experience with technical support from Google as a normal Google Chrome Enterprise user or Google account holder. I had some issues with the corporate account, but the response was fast, and I didn't face many issues with the support.

It was a long time back, but I would rate my experience with support as an eight.

I prefer Google Chrome Enterprise over Microsoft because technically, I can't find a specific reason. First of all, I am used to it. That is why I prefer Google Chrome Enterprise. I cannot say I have a technical reason; it's more of a comfort. I have all my saved links and everything in Google Chrome Enterprise. If I am told that I cannot use Google Chrome Enterprise, then I would have to get used to a new one, maybe we will shift to it. But otherwise, it's more of a comfort.

I am not using the centralized management feature in Google Chrome Enterprise.

Google should offer something after the free quota, then one TB, and then two TB; they should have something 50 GB space available on demand. Instead of being forced into predefined sizes, customers should be able to choose. I don't want to spend for one TB; instead, I will spend for 50 GB data. Something that should be available.

I rate Google Chrome Enterprise a nine out of ten.

I use Google Chrome Enterprise consistently across various industries I consult. Regardless of the sector, I consistently rely on Google Chrome Enterprise for internet browsing.

I regularly use the incognito window feature in Google Chrome Enterprise. Although I am uncertain if other browsers offer this, I find it very useful. I often have four or five instances of Google Chrome Enterprise open with numerous tabs at the same time. Google Chrome Enterprise is my preferred browser over Firefox and Microsoft Edge.

There are many plugins available, which are often promoted through ads. However, there's a lack of clear information on whether they are free or if they will eventually require credit card information. This causes hesitation in installing them due to concerns about hidden costs and inadequate information. Furthermore, the integration of AI, specifically Google Gemini, can sometimes be misleading.

I have been using Google Chrome Enterprise for many years.

Google Chrome Enterprise is stable, and I haven't faced any stability problems. However, those using an i3 processor and opening hundreds of tabs might encounter instability. I have an i7 processor, and for me, it remains stable.

Both Google Chrome Enterprise and Firefox are scalable. I've heard that Firefox is slightly more efficient as it uses less memory.

I primarily use Google Chrome Enterprise to browse the Internet and access Oracle applications.

I have been working with Google Chrome Enterprise for quite some time and have not found any challenges with the browser itself. The interface of Google Chrome Enterprise is very friendly, and the options in the settings are easily understandable, so if I want to change something, I can quickly go into settings and do it all by myself without spending a lot of time to understand how it can be done. It is all very user-friendly. I find it very useful, as I consider it very user-friendly. I primarily use it to browse and access some of the applications that we build. For whatever I do in my day-to-day activities, I find it very useful.

If Google Chrome Enterprise could intelligently block ads or unwanted content, that would be helpful. Whenever I search for something, content with ads comes up first, and if the browser could somehow filter that out because that is not what I am looking for, the real content without ads would be helpful.

The product's initial setup phase is very easy. The configuration part can be a bit tough. There are a few areas where, even if someone follows the tool's user manuals, the solution doesn't work.

The product price is very good in my opinion. The resellers of Google products are much more responsive than Microsoft.

My company has a product servicing team of 12 people, consisting of network engineers who call themselves network support, and the other teams in my company refer to them as the setup servicing team. Though not all of them manage Google, some of them do it when required.

In terms of the manageability benefits offered by the product to my company's team, I would say that there was not much of a learning curve involved when we migrated from Microsoft to Google around two years ago, and it was pretty easy to integrate.

I have not utilized Google Chrome's flexibility for remote work.

The solution has some good points in terms of scalability and ease of use. However, my company doesn't like the UX component of the product, and it is also one of the reasons why we miss Microsoft Teams.

I can recommend the product to others after considering their needs. If a user has more money to invest, they should choose Microsoft.

The evolution process has been significant, with a notable distance covered from its inception to the present. A distinctive feature is that users don't even need to know the Wi-Fi password; upon signing into the machine, internet connectivity is established immediately. Furthermore, the cloud storage system ensures data isn't stored locally, making it seamless for users to switch between machines. In summary, Google Chrome Enterprise is an excellent solution, particularly when there's a shortage of available manpower.

Identifying areas for improvement can be challenging since Chrome consistently strives to enhance itself. One aspect I'd like to highlight is virtualization. For instance, if you require desktop-based applications like Cisco or Adobe products on your local machine, Chrome's support is limited. While they offer Linux solutions for virtualization, my query or request would be to expand this to include Windows-based applications. If this were implemented, it would be a valuable enhancement, encouraging broader adoption by companies.

Chrome is remarkably stable owing to its affiliation with Google. I haven't observed any instances of Google facing downtime in the past three to four years. This makes Chrome an exceptionally stable and dependable solution.

In terms of scalability, Google Chrome Enterprise demonstrates versatility. It can operate efficiently even on a one-gigabyte RAM machine, which includes outdated devices. This means that even if you have an older machine, you can still run Google Chrome Enterprise on it. Thus, scalability isn't a concern for Google Chrome Enterprise. It works seamlessly on both older machines and the latest ones.

We've utilized technical support several times. With Google, having technical support is immensely valuable. When you submit technical queries to them, they promptly respond within a few minutes, ensuring a swift resolution. Even for their own downtime or issues, if you're facing any particular or general concerns, Google support ensures responses within a maximum of one hour. The attention and quality of technical support from Google are truly exceptional.

Certainly, the process is neither entirely straightforward nor overly intricate. It presents complexities but not to the extent that it becomes overly difficult. The implementation involves steps such as configuration and user education. For example, if you're transitioning from Macbooks to Chromebooks, users need guidance on Chromebook operation. This might entail understanding where to navigate and how to make selections. While some individuals might easily adapt, others might require assistance. In essence, the process falls in between being simple and highly complex. Its duration depends on proper execution.

In our case, it turned out to be a year-long project due to the scope of implementing it across twenty thousand users in various regions. This extensive user base extended the deployment timeline. Additionally, there was the need to replace our existing hardware devices. This complexity resulted in a longer duration for us. However, under normal circumstances, the process is straightforward.

The setup involves having the operating system hosted on your premises, while the management system is a cloud-based solution. This creates a combination of on-site and web-based implementations. It's a hybrid solution that encompasses both client-side and website implementation aspects.

It's essential to possess certain Google Chrome credentials and certificates for implementation. If you're looking to carry out these tasks, your engineers may need to acquire the Chrome Enterprise Administrator certification. This certification becomes necessary as they need to have a comprehensive understanding of how Google Chrome functions and how improvements can be made. In this role, technical personnel are responsible for managing and optimizing the system.

The advantage is clear, as adopting Google Chrome Enterprise solutions leads to a favorable return on investment. Notably, you'll spend less on infrastructure and hardware acquisition costs. Even if you choose not to invest in new laptops, the solution can be deployed on your existing machines, even those at the end of their lifecycle. This remains possible due to Chrome's compatibility. For instance, we have around three thousand devices that would otherwise be unused due to being at their end-of-cycle stage. Even if the manufacturer, such as Dell, no longer provides support for those laptops, they can still function as Chromebooks. By installing the Chrome OS, these devices regain usability, functioning similarly to new machines

Pricing varies significantly based on different regions and specific requirements. The cost can differ for the Euro price as opposed to the Asia-specific price. Generally, the standard pricing falls within the range of twenty-five to thirty dollars per license. This payment can be structured on a monthly or yearly basis. Opting for the yearly payment plan often comes with an added discount, either directly from Google or through negotiations with your vendor.

We did not evaluate any other solutions. Organisations commonly utilize both Mac and Windows machines as their fundamental operating systems. As of 2020, Chrome Enterprise emerged as a novel solution. We undertook exploration and subsequent implementation of Chrome Enterprise.

The adoption of Google Chrome tends to rise in specific sectors such as healthcare or e-commerce. These industries find it relatively effortless to transition to Google Chrome due to its user-friendly learning curve and straightforward implementation. This choice not only leads to cost savings in terms of infrastructure but also alleviates the workload for administrators and IT staff in comparison to alternative solutions.
