Some of the reports could be automated. Although there's a feature to configure those, it could come pre-installed or pre-configured. That would help. Having, for example, reminder emails to remind users to fill out timesheets would be very useful.

It's a stable, reliable product. I'd rate stability nine out of ten. There are no bugs or glitches, and it doesn't crash or freeze.

The scalability is quite good. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten. We plan to have 2,000 people on the solution eventually.

It's a cloud-based setup, so there's no challenge in getting everything up and running. The downtime should be minimal. I'd rate the process nine out of ten in terms of ease of deployment.
There is a three-month implementation exercise that we control. We have five people who were part of the implementation and maintenance process. They are admins and web developers.

We have witnessed an ROI in the form of saving us time and resources. We've probably saved 20% to 30% in terms of time.
