IT Manager at a computer software company with 1,001-5,000 employees
Good reporting, quick configurations, and helpful support
It's a cloud-based setup, so there's no challenge in getting everything up and running. The downtime should be minimal. I'd rate the process nine out of ten in terms of ease of deployment. There is a three-month implementation exercise that we control. We have five people who were part of the implementation and maintenance process. They are admins and web developers.

Project Manager at NebuFlow
Easy to tag people and has a form system to collect information but cannot work in multiple channels simultaneously
There are several areas where Wrike could improve. First, it doesn't allow accessing multiple channels simultaneously, which would be useful. Transferring data from one project to another is also difficult. It would be easier to work on parallel tasks across different projects. I've noticed others facing similar issues when I check the chat on their website. The tool should also improve coordination between external stakeholders and collaborators. It should also integrate financial features.

Quotes from Members

Pros

"The reporting part is very good."
"This program has everything you need to organize your days in one same place."
"I can see at a glance what assignments are in process, who they are assigned too, and it basically saves me a lot of time and confusion trying to keep track of everyone and their workloads."
"The initial setup was intuitive, but the training and support videos provided help in moving us to a more developed organizational system."
"Using Wrike improved the way our organization functions in several ways: It provides a single repository for all projects, inter and intra-team collaboration on projects, ability to reallocate resources across projects in a more agile manner, it gives project management more visibility and democratizes project management by making the tools so easy to use that team members take more ownership of project tasks."
"Visibility and organization are the most valuable features of Wrike."
"Yes, we had one solution, but it didn't have many features which we found in Wrike during the trial period."
"We can easily write down the tasks and reorganize them as well as have a progression index, and Wrike offers several views including a kanban view and Gantt chart view."
"Wrike is so easy to get started with and so responsive that it is much easier to get team members to make it part of the workflow."

Cons

"Some of the reports could be automated."
"I would like to see different statuses saved in different folders. Instead, the status is changed and it affects all folders globally."
"Support for reoccurring tasks could be improved."
"There's always a room for improvement for any product, and they need to include support for re-occurring tasks."
"When it comes to room for improvement, making the Gannt Charts more printer friendly would be ideal."
"I would like to see a way of implementing a project scope as currently it is just folders, tags and tasks."
"The reoccurring tasks feature needs to be improved."
"The flexibility, which is a strength, also requires you to think through how to structure Wrike to best serve your needs."
"The dataset that can be exported and built-in reports/dashboards needs improvement."
