I would rate Dynamics 365 Sales a six or seven out of ten. It fits the scenario of a small company or mid-size company with some business logic. However, when you start to work on customization for a large-scale company, it does not fit this scenario currently. I have shared this feedback with Microsoft and their support team. They are having a copilot for sales, but the issue is the price. If you match the price against the added value, and consider that everything related to the contact center needs additional purchases, such as Genesis, for your contact center, it becomes problematic. They do not have a solution to erase contacts from mailboxes or external tools. They do not have enough control of contact quality. There is significant room for improvement in this area to grant contact quality and control data quality for phone numbers, ensuring they meet standards such as ISO for phone numbers. To have this, you need to invest in custom connectors and third-party solutions to plug with Dynamics 365 Sales. They need to find the right use case. Everyone is trying to sell AI everywhere, but AI will not match every use case. There are cases when AI is better, but there are other cases where an old solution with old software fits better than relying on AI. Regarding pricing, I am not aware of the details as another team manages that aspect. My customer is dealing with Microsoft's sales team to try to get them to accept doing some beta tests to receive offers or discounts on the price. I focus on the technical part rather than the sales part.
I recommend Dynamics 365 Sales for its scalability and stability. For any CRM implementation, it is imperative to choose a solution that will be scalable for long-term use. Dynamics 365 Sales has proven to offer substantial improvements in managing customer journeys and sales cycles. It deserves a rating of ten out of ten.

I give this solution a rating of nine out of ten based on my experience and the areas I connect to. I subtract one point since I do not know about the costs. From my perspective, it is an effective tool, and I recommend using it from a user standpoint.
Dynamics 365 Sales facilitates remote access, allowing sales teams to work efficiently from mobile devices. However, there are challenges with the transition from 365 to Dynamics and the administrative tasks associated with the platform. Proper planning and user input are essential before implementation to ensure alignment with business needs and user preferences. I rate it an eight out of ten.
Iinitiating ten meetings for customer onboarding can be seamlessly integrated within the system. From email correspondence to other related tasks, Dynamics 365 facilitates a comprehensive approach throughout the year. It's crucial from the outset of implementation. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

Around six to ten people, including engineers and developers, are needed to deploy and maintain the solution. I would recommend the solution to other users. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
Overall, I would give it an eight out of ten. The main factor influencing this rating is the vastness of Microsoft's platform, which is unparalleled in the software industry. It owns an extensive range of products and services, such as Office, HVAC, Vodaccell, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dynamics, and more. The beauty lies in the seamless integration of these platforms under a single sign-on and single company umbrella. Whether it's an essential application or an add-on, Microsoft offers a comprehensive suite of products at a comparatively affordable price when compared to other companies.
