This made it feasible for senior leaders and members above certain designations, including senior middle management, to utilize it. We significantly reduced the number of users. While SAP was accessible to 40,000 people, Dynamics 365 Sales is now accessible only to 2,000 people, which led to optimization.

I am trying to compare solutions for one of my customers. I am already dealing with something by Microsoft, as my customer is using Azure. It is a scenario of cost reduction, so I'm trying to find the best bypass solution for this scenario. My customer has a VM on Azure, but all their business logic is based on Java, deployed in Terraform. It is a spaghetti architecture, and I'm trying to find the best way to design an integration layer for it.

We use the Dynamics 365 Sales solution for support, sales management, and managing our customer opportunities. Whenever a new opportunity arises on the customer side, it is opened in Dynamics Sales. At this stage, we utilize tools like Commitments, Upside, and Closest. We focus on following up on leads and opportunities within Dynamics. Each call with the account manager and the sales team contributes to this process. The sales team is utilizing the solution aspect of this process. We have set targets that need to be met, aligned with our quarterly objectives.
