I love ZeroFOX tool because it works beyond cybersecurity, in my perspective. However, I feel it requires an improvement. When we enter any legitimate executive profile into the system, it should automatically use AI to collect similar photos and similar names of that particular account, and it should detect fake accounts and spam accounts across all social media platforms, wherever this candidate's name has been used. This feature, if implemented, would elevate the tool to the next level. In terms of improvements for ZeroFOX, some alerts require validation, particularly in addressing false positives related to similar domains. Also, the dashboard customization and user interface can be improved, especially for executive reporting. The pricing is better suited for mid-sized and enterprise organizations. Furthermore, deeper integrations and more native integration with SOC tools would be helpful. My main suggestion is that they should implement a segment where we can add legitimate accounts, allowing it to start detecting fake accounts based on those names. This addition would elevate the tool significantly.
