New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only] Reviews

I used New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only] to monitor my infrastructure's performance and conduct bottleneck analysis, supporting the customer's needs through performance testing and monitoring.

As a partner, the biggest advantage of New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only] is that it provides a much deeper dive analysis view and helps integrate various tools. I use performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and NeoLoad, and New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only] seamlessly integrates with all of those, enabling effective monitoring.

Regarding the artificial intelligence component, New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only] includes an anomaly detection feature powered by AI. Although I was not deeply involved in using the AI intelligence capabilities, it provided good insights on anomaly detection during the proof of concepts I conducted. However, I have not extensively used this feature.

The integration capability of New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only] is actually key and proved to be very useful. I use various tools, each serving a specific purpose, and the integration allowed me to seamlessly integrate with the rest of my systems and keep operations moving forward.

The impact of dashboards on my application performance insights is significant since New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only] offers a wide variety of dashboards that allowed me to create multiple insights. The data display is critical, and New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only] provided better data display through its dashboards.

Regarding dependency tracking, it proved very helpful in resolving performance bottlenecks. I received a high-level view that allowed me to drill down and identify bottlenecks at the root level, which proved invaluable.

I monitored both application level metrics and infrastructure level metrics with New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only]. Application level metrics allowed me to understand where the response time had decreased and what throughput was achieved in terms of system traffic. These two metrics were key, along with infrastructure metrics that help measure performance and server load.

I do not have specific suggestions for improvement since I have not used the AI feature effectively and did not have the opportunity to do so. From a generic tool perspective, I did not observe any disadvantages or areas requiring improvement, though improvements could potentially be made on the AI side, which has already been deployed.

If I speak about areas of New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only] that were not perfect and could be better, I cannot highlight any specific areas for improvement. While I mentioned AI, I meant that I have not had a chance to use it in detail to truly see its wider benefits, so perhaps it could bring new features, but I was not certain about this.

Support has potential for improvement to reduce the delays that occurred, depending on how the contract is structured with the customer.

When considering areas for improvement in New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only], support stands out as the most notable area.

I started using New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only] in 2022, so I have approximately one year of experience with it.

If I had to rate the stability of New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only] on a scale from zero to ten, I would give it a nine.

For scalability, I would also rate it a nine, as it is very scalable.

I would rate the technical support of New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only] as an eight, as it is good.

I rate it an eight because, in general, technical support goes through a process, and not just for this tool but for any tool. The process leads to some delay in getting instant support for what I have worked on.

Regarding installation, New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only] is straightforward. I used both a SaaS version and an on-premises version, and whether it was the SaaS or on-premises deployment, the installation was straightforward. Nowadays, most tools come with much easier installation mechanisms rather than complicated processes.

The value for money in New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only] serves as a much better tool when put into production. The value for money that I see from the testing area I work in centers around identifying bottlenecks with a quicker turnaround time to identify those bottlenecks, giving it the right value for money, though it has wider benefits that I do not have exposure to in production.

Regarding the price of New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only], compared to other tools in the market for the features it provides, I found it to be moderately priced. It is neither too high nor too low, somewhere in the medium range, but it does provide more features compared to other tools I know in the market.

In terms of comparison, based on my experience, I look at Dynatrace and DataDog, which have their own features that are probably slightly better than New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only], but the price of New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only] for the usage I was doing was comparatively better than Dynatrace and DataDog.

Specifically, Dynatrace has been around for quite some time and has a one-agent system that provides more insights. However, based on my experience and what I used, the need for using these tools as part of my work made Dynatrace comparatively more expensive for what I needed to do in comparison to Dynatrace and DataDog prices versus New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only].

I was recently working as a partner with New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only]. If I had to rate my overall experience with New Relic Solutions [Private Offer Only] on a scale from zero to ten, I would rate it a nine.
