At a significantly lower price, I managed to get project management modules, contract management, and CMDB, which were not all available in N-able MSP Manager.
N-able MSP Manager offers efficient patching, scheduled tasks, remote access, file management, and command line operations. Users appreciate its strong mail integration and centralized management through the MSP portal. Additional features, including project and contract management and CMDB, provide value at a lower cost. However, simplified packaging, improved reporting, and efficient contact import methods are needed, with a price slightly above ManageEngine, requiring effort and support for desired outcomes.
