Regarding Fortra's Digital Guardian's scalability, from an end-user perspective, I cannot speak to the back-end server limits, but the software scales incredibly well on the endpoint side. Even when my laptop is under heavy load, running multiple instances of automated browsers via Selenium, PyCharm, and handling background API requests, the agent remains stable and completely unnoticeable. It runs at the kernel level without memory leaks or performance degradation over time, and for a large enterprise with thousands of remote endpoints, that level of scalability and stability is exactly what you need for a tool to scale properly.
How are customer service and support?
I have never had to contact Fortra's Digital Guardian's customer support because the software has never crashed or caused any issues on my machine; it runs perfectly in the background. I don't have experience with that.
