What is our primary use case?

This solution is for managing applications and is generally used by HR as a recruiting tool. Candidates apply for a position through Cornerstone Recruiting and recruiting managers can use it as a reporting tool, and for tracking data related to the recruiting process. I'm an LMS implementation consultant and we are partners with Cornerstone. 

How has it helped my organization?

It's helpful because it's all one platform for everything, whereas previously different platforms were required. It also integrates with third parties such as other HR systems, LinkedIn, and other diverse applications.

What is most valuable?

I really like that the configuration is flexible and offers a lot of options. We haven't had any problems or issues with implementing different processes on the platform.

What needs improvement?

For recruiting managers and administrators using the platform, the UI is not very user-friendly. Some of the screens are not so easy to use.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been using this solution for three years. 

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The solution is stable and we receive quarterly updates. The releases fix any issues that come along.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability is generally not bad. We've had a variety of clients; those with less than 1,000 employees do better than the larger ones with more complex data to manage and over 10,000 employees.

How are customer service and support?

We sometimes use support when releases come out and we need some assistance with the new features. The technical support is perfect and they're very responsive. 

How was the initial setup?

When clients have distinct processes and know what they want to do with the platform or how they're going to be using it, it's really straightforward. The solution doesn't require maintenance, it's seamless and flawless. There is nothing to do from the client's side.

What other advice do I have?

It's important to know what you want out of the platform and to have clear ideas about the recruiting processes, and be open to advice or changes that you can make. The training is very important in terms of knowing more about the platform and its logic. 

I rate the solution seven out of 10.
