Unified communication has transformed our collaboration and consistently boosts project delivery
The best features Zoom Workplace Business offers include screen sharing, clear video and audio, online meetings, large-scale events, call management, mobile apps, unified communication platform, and collaboration. The feature I find myself using the most is an AI-powered collaboration platform that is used to streamline communication, increase employee engagement, optimize in-person time, and improve productivity. The screen sharing is very effective and a helpful tool where we are able to screen share with our colleagues and discuss different tasks and project management ideas. Collaboration has become very efficient, and remote working has also become efficient and prevalent in my organization. We have been able to save a lot of time using Zoom Workplace Business. It has been a game-changer. Zoom Workplace Business elevates the experience with Zoom AI Companion included at no additional cost. It is designed to help employees be more productive, collaborate better, enhance their skills, and unlock time savings.

Pros

"Within the first 6 months of using ReadyTalk, I have saved over $100K in comparison to using other technologies."
"Recording live webinars and having our recurring demo webinar scheduled out in advance and all synced to Marketo has been indispensable."
"I utilize ReadyTalk to train roughly 300 people monthly, my colleagues use it to host staff meetings, to supplement coursework from our online university, and to deliver organizational content to our constituent base."
"Their support is great! I have used them a few times and they really get the root of your problems and correct them fast."
"They have a great deployment team."
"Customer Service: Excellent. Technical Support: Also excellent."
"Customer Service: Excellent. Have been able to help me determine when to use the operator assisted service and even demo-ed this experience for me in order to make more informed decision."
"We host 4 webinars a month using Share tools and have reached on some occasions more than 500 participants just by one invitation being shared through social media."
"Zoom's breakout rooms are an interesting feature that is quite useful for conducting exercises during training."
"The performance is good."
"I don't have any issues with the scalability of Zoom."
"The Mozilla extension is useful to schedule meetings."
"Zoom is very familiar; it's intuitive, has all of the features you would expect from the other popular conferencing options, and is easy to use, with a setup that is rather simple and straightforward."
"I would recommend this solution to others who are considering using it."
"Zoom is convenient and useful, I would recommend this solution."
"Zoom helps you to share your screen and allows someone to take remote control during Zoom meetings. Compared with other platforms like Teams and Webex, it's on par."

Cons

"Supporting PPT animations and direct upload of recordings to YouTube would be great."
"You have to schedule operator-assisted audio events 24 hours in advance, if the turn around time could be quicker - it would help with last minute events."
"Prices can always be dropped but overall these rates are competitive with other teleconferencing systems."
"The aesthetics are not great."
"Add animation capabilities!"
"Would love to have a calendar (much like Outlook offers) that included scheduled appointments."
"Compared to other webinar platforms, ReadyTalk's pricing is a bit high."

"When anyone installs Zoom for organizational purposes, then it's fine because all the safety and protection is taken care of by the organization. However, when it's done on a personal basis the terms and conditions, you are not secure."
"The other thing I would add is maybe noise reduction. That could be improved. Everyone nowadays is working from home, so sometimes we hear the dog and stuff like that."
"It is important for us to have Zoom integration with our Active Directory environment."
"We use screen sharing, but sometimes it can be awkward because you might accidentally share the wrong screen, including personal ones. ......Similar to the integration between Google Calendar and Google Meet, having everything in one environment would be much more convenient for scheduling meetings."
"Although sometimes the latency of the network is high, it was performing well, even when using the video features."
"When talking to clients who are in areas with poor networks, it becomes quite a problem."
