Unified communication has transformed our collaboration and consistently boosts project delivery
The best features Zoom Workplace Business offers include screen sharing, clear video and audio, online meetings, large-scale events, call management, mobile apps, unified communication platform, and collaboration. The feature I find myself using the most is an AI-powered collaboration platform that is used to streamline communication, increase employee engagement, optimize in-person time, and improve productivity. The screen sharing is very effective and a helpful tool where we are able to screen share with our colleagues and discuss different tasks and project management ideas. Collaboration has become very efficient, and remote working has also become efficient and prevalent in my organization. We have been able to save a lot of time using Zoom Workplace Business. It has been a game-changer. Zoom Workplace Business elevates the experience with Zoom AI Companion included at no additional cost. It is designed to help employees be more productive, collaborate better, enhance their skills, and unlock time savings.

"ReadyTalk helped my organization deliver high-quality training webinars to small business owners around the country."
"Within the first 6 months of using ReadyTalk, I have saved over $100K in comparison to using other technologies."
"We have recovered the 6 to 8 (agonizing) hours a month we used to spend with another platform's tech support."
"Recording live webinars and having our recurring demo webinar scheduled out in advance and all synced to Marketo has been indispensable."
"ReadyTalk is a great tool to bring large groups together to train or update pertinent information."
"We host 4 webinars a month using Share tools and have reached on some occasions more than 500 participants just by one invitation being shared through social media."
"Customer Service: World-Class! Technical Support: World-Class!"
"The most valuable feature is the ability to connect to and conduct meetings."
"I would recommend Zoom to others because it's easy and serves its intended purpose well."
"A stable option that is good for small to medium sized companies with limited use."
"Zoom provides different background screen functionalities for privacy protection."
"The most valuable features of Zoom are voice and camera clarity. The time latency of the response is good. The facility to view all the participants who are online is a benefit. In most of the other similar solutions, they too have this feature. However, since I have used Zoom, I find it as an advantage because you can see all the participants online and you can choose."
"The solution offers a free version."
"Some of the most valuable features are the performance and ease of use."
"Zoom has positively impacted my organization by helping me stay in touch with my customers and my team, allowing us to quickly figure out things in a world where you can't really speak on the phone anymore."

Cons

"Supporting PPT animations and direct upload of recordings to YouTube would be great."
"The aesthetics are not great."
"You have to download a spreadsheet three times post-meeting if you want surveys, registration, attendance. Kind of tedious."
"Would love to have a calendar (much like Outlook offers) that included scheduled appointments."
"Prices can always be dropped but overall these rates are competitive with other teleconferencing systems."

"One great feature they can add is the ability to use animations within your slides."
"I would love to see a lobby that attendees can wait in prior to starting the conference."
"Making Zoom Phone available in all countries is recommended. It would have been good to connect with people outside using Zoom Phone."
"The solution lacks security."
"The recording capabilities may not be as good as WebEx, however, I can't be sure about that just yet."
"Zoom often does fixes or checks the vulnerability of their solution. However, they could increase security."
"I have read some news about Zoom being a little bit insecure, but when we never had any issue with it. They can improve by making the sessions more secure."
"Zoom's drawing tools could be better integrated."
"They should improve the sharing file features from accessing the internal network. If we cannnot share our documents through this meeting, our meeting productivity will decrease dramatically. We need these features."
"In the past, there were some sound connectivity issues where I would get sound and no picture, and then picture and no sound."
