Unified communication has transformed our collaboration and consistently boosts project delivery
The best features Zoom Workplace Business offers include screen sharing, clear video and audio, online meetings, large-scale events, call management, mobile apps, unified communication platform, and collaboration. The feature I find myself using the most is an AI-powered collaboration platform that is used to streamline communication, increase employee engagement, optimize in-person time, and improve productivity. The screen sharing is very effective and a helpful tool where we are able to screen share with our colleagues and discuss different tasks and project management ideas. Collaboration has become very efficient, and remote working has also become efficient and prevalent in my organization. We have been able to save a lot of time using Zoom Workplace Business. It has been a game-changer. Zoom Workplace Business elevates the experience with Zoom AI Companion included at no additional cost. It is designed to help employees be more productive, collaborate better, enhance their skills, and unlock time savings.

Pros

"ReadyTalk is a very user friendly tool."
"Customer Service is the best."
"We host 4 webinars a month using Share tools and have reached on some occasions more than 500 participants just by one invitation being shared through social media."
"Within the first 6 months of using ReadyTalk, I have saved over $100K in comparison to using other technologies."
"ReadyTalk is a great tool to bring large groups together to train or update pertinent information."
"Using ReadyTalk has strengthened our webinar program at AMA."
"Chairperson controls are pretty user-friendly."
"Our webinar program was floundering, but after I started working with ReadyTalk, we have been able to increase the number of webinars, these webinars have successively attracted higher quality presenters and have become a real marketing tool for our association."
"The whiteboard capabilities are great."
"The most valuable features are that you are able to share the screen, and draw on it."
"The product is easy to use."
"I rate Zoom ten out of ten."
"I like Zoom because of the quality of the image and the resolution. Of course, I know that depends on the hardware you're using. But, still, the image and sound quality are excellent."
"Zoom is very smooth whether in one-on-one meetings or group calls with more than one hundred people."
"Zoom Workplace Business offers unlimited time with the business plan, which allows us to keep our Zoom room open all day."
"The ability to share content is a great feature."

Cons

"I wish there wasn't the "arbitrary" 150 people cutoff."
"Prices can always be dropped but overall these rates are competitive with other teleconferencing systems."
"Compared to other webinar platforms, ReadyTalk's pricing is a bit high."
"You have to schedule operator-assisted audio events 24 hours in advance, if the turn around time could be quicker - it would help with last minute events."
"The aesthetics are not great."
"You have to download a spreadsheet three times post-meeting if you want surveys, registration, attendance. Kind of tedious."
"Supporting PPT animations and direct upload of recordings to YouTube would be great."

"I'd like for there to be more integrations possible in the future."
"Zoom needs to address the privacy issues I've heard about. There have been multiple breaches that have made the news."

"There are sometimes too many parallel meetings going on and the system gets overloaded, somebody drops out or we have to start over again."
"Zoom could improve by allowing multiple users to share their screens at the same time."
