Unified communication has transformed our collaboration and consistently boosts project delivery
The best features Zoom Workplace Business offers include screen sharing, clear video and audio, online meetings, large-scale events, call management, mobile apps, unified communication platform, and collaboration. The feature I find myself using the most is an AI-powered collaboration platform that is used to streamline communication, increase employee engagement, optimize in-person time, and improve productivity. The screen sharing is very effective and a helpful tool where we are able to screen share with our colleagues and discuss different tasks and project management ideas. Collaboration has become very efficient, and remote working has also become efficient and prevalent in my organization. We have been able to save a lot of time using Zoom Workplace Business. It has been a game-changer. Zoom Workplace Business elevates the experience with Zoom AI Companion included at no additional cost. It is designed to help employees be more productive, collaborate better, enhance their skills, and unlock time savings.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Customer Service: Excellent. Technical Support: Also excellent."
"Customer Service is the best."
"Recording live webinars and having our recurring demo webinar scheduled out in advance and all synced to Marketo has been indispensable."
"Our webinar program was floundering, but after I started working with ReadyTalk, we have been able to increase the number of webinars, these webinars have successively attracted higher quality presenters and have become a real marketing tool for our association."
"ReadyTalk is a very user friendly tool."
"Their support is great! I have used them a few times and they really get the root of your problems and correct them fast."
"Chairperson controls are pretty user-friendly."
"We have recovered the 6 to 8 (agonizing) hours a month we used to spend with another platform's tech support."
"I'm not a really technologically sophisticated user. From my point of view, if I can use it, it's likely very straightforward."
"My advice for anybody who is considering Zoom is that it's okay to start small, however, if you plan to have a large installation and want reliability then Zoom is a good platform to use."
"Any cloud-based service offers a lot of benefits for customers: They don't have to invest in any on-prem infrastructure and they can use it on the go; they can be in the office, at home, traveling, at a hotel, or wherever, and they can start a meeting."
"The solution is great when you need to hold meetings virtually."
"Important features include whiteboard control, the ability to set up lobbies, and managing how attendees join the meeting."
"I don't use Zoom on a daily basis but in general, I'm satisfied with it."
"The installation just takes a few clicks and you're done."
"Compared to Teams, Zoom's performance and user interface are better. This is especially the case when you're doing any kind of online presentation, PowerPoint, or team demo. I think Zoom is much more user friendly."

Cons

"You have to schedule operator-assisted audio events 24 hours in advance, if the turn around time could be quicker - it would help with last minute events."
"You have to download a spreadsheet three times post-meeting if you want surveys, registration, attendance. Kind of tedious."
"Compared to other webinar platforms, ReadyTalk's pricing is a bit high."
"I wish there wasn't the "arbitrary" 150 people cutoff."
"A few minor issues along the way."
"Add animation capabilities!"
"The aesthetics are not great."
"We'd like the joining process for presenters to be more seamless (and they are working on that)."
"Considering the main function of Zoom, it should make the video functioning part a little bit more friendly."
"I can't think of any features that are lacking."
"The pricing is too high. The cost of the license could be cheaper."
"My company uses the Zoom security setting that requires the host to admit users. The host often forgets to do that, so you sometimes have a lot of people sitting out there. It would be nice if Zoom made it obvious that somebody is in the waiting room."
"The security can be improved because this is one of the reasons that my organization prefers to use Skype."
"When the firewall is turned on, there have been issues with congestion that affects performance."
"Zoom could improve its security measures. A friend faced an issue where it was easy to crack the code."
"In Zoom meetings, video quality is an area of concern where improvements are required."
