Unified communication has transformed our collaboration and consistently boosts project delivery
The best features Zoom Workplace Business offers include screen sharing, clear video and audio, online meetings, large-scale events, call management, mobile apps, unified communication platform, and collaboration. The feature I find myself using the most is an AI-powered collaboration platform that is used to streamline communication, increase employee engagement, optimize in-person time, and improve productivity. The screen sharing is very effective and a helpful tool where we are able to screen share with our colleagues and discuss different tasks and project management ideas. Collaboration has become very efficient, and remote working has also become efficient and prevalent in my organization. We have been able to save a lot of time using Zoom Workplace Business. It has been a game-changer. Zoom Workplace Business elevates the experience with Zoom AI Companion included at no additional cost. It is designed to help employees be more productive, collaborate better, enhance their skills, and unlock time savings.

Pros

"Using ReadyTalk allows us to provided effective trainings, makes our employees more productive, and safer by keeping them closer to home."
"Within the first 6 months of using ReadyTalk, I have saved over $100K in comparison to using other technologies."
"We have recovered the 6 to 8 (agonizing) hours a month we used to spend with another platform's tech support."
"We rely on webinars to generate leads for our business, so having a reliable solution was key for us."
"Customer Service: Excellent. Have been able to help me determine when to use the operator assisted service and even demo-ed this experience for me in order to make more informed decision."
"They have a great deployment team."
"Our webinar program was floundering, but after I started working with ReadyTalk, we have been able to increase the number of webinars, these webinars have successively attracted higher quality presenters and have become a real marketing tool for our association."
"It always works, and they try to appeal to what the user wants. They added features like background music for those people who use Zoom for online church services. They try to make the solution more useful for the user. For example, I tried to sell WebEx to a church, but I also gave them Zoom for a trial. They were impressed with that because that was the feature they were looking for."
"The pricing is good if you have multi-stations or multi-users accessing it, it's got a free tier and is easy to use."
"Zoom is a very cheaply priced video conferencing solution, and using this product has saved our business a lot of expense."
"It meets all of our basic requirements and is easy to use."
"Zoom is mobile-ready and easy to use."
"Zoom is very convenient to use and the basic functions work well for us."
"The most valuable feature is the sharing capabilities. Whether it's a simple screen for PowerPoint or sharing videos, it works really well."
"The most valuable features for me are the spotlight feature and the ability to share video with audio, which some other platforms, like Microsoft Teams, lack. We use it to present sessions and teach end customers or users."

Cons

"The aesthetics are not great."
"Add animation capabilities!"
"You have to download a spreadsheet three times post-meeting if you want surveys, registration, attendance. Kind of tedious."
"We'd like the joining process for presenters to be more seamless (and they are working on that)."
"Compared to other webinar platforms, ReadyTalk's pricing is a bit high."
"You have to schedule operator-assisted audio events 24 hours in advance, if the turn around time could be quicker - it would help with last minute events."
"I would love to see a lobby that attendees can wait in prior to starting the conference."
"I wish there wasn't the "arbitrary" 150 people cutoff."
"They may need to scale it some more in terms of global users."
"It's not really the fault of the product, however, the internet connectivity can sometimes be an issue."
"I'd like to see some more customization and the ability to increase meeting length without cost."
"Excessive software updates can sometimes disrupt my experience."
"Zoom isn't well integrated with anything else. Obviously, it's integrated enough to be able to set an appointment or schedule a Zoom meeting."
"There is nothing extraordinary about this application, as its main use is for connecting with people on the other side of the cloud, but other users could find other Zoom features valuable."
"The virtual background could be more smoothly integrated with the rest of the software."
"Zoom often does fixes or checks the vulnerability of their solution. However, they could increase security."
