A stable solution that provides businesses the ability to create and secure documents whenever needed
The administrative user interface used to create users and track templates and envelopes for our product is outdated. Now we're on the AssureSign side and not the Nintex side, so I don't know if they are different products. If Nintex AssureSign is one product, then they have given it an outdated feel and look. If I had more experience with other similar programs, like DocuSign, that I used years ago, I might have been able to give more concrete or better feedback on what additional features are to be included in the tool.

Digital signatures have transformed contract approvals and saved time across our teams
My experience while using SignNow has been five to six years. The mobile app support has been really helpful because they have been really proactive in case we want to reach out to them about any issue. We reach out to them instantly and they quickly give us a solution to our problem or support us 24/7. That has really worked well, especially with our mobile support when we or our clients have concerns with the mobile app. The mobile app has also been really great because it helps our team while working from home or remotely. They are able to open the mobile app and sign documents on the go, promoting collaboration. SignNow has positively impacted my organization. Since we started using SignNow, it has improved the time for signature collection, saving both parties time and reducing client doubts about signing with us. It has improved team collaboration because we all have access to this tool, and NDAs are signed much faster than they used to be. Reusable templates help out a lot.

Pros

"Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten."
"I rate the technical support a ten out of ten because they really help us."
"As we work remotely in our organization, most people are not available in the offices, and the whiteboards in Miro Business - Enterprise have been a lifesaver for us."
"SignNow has been really helpful in my organization, especially in reduction of human errors during the signing process, and it has also been cost-effective and time-saving through elimination of traveling to come and sign documents and return."
"SignNow is the real deal when it comes to the management of documents and signing of contracts; it's very easy to use, cost-effective, and saves both time and cost, especially due to the lack of traveling from one place to another to sign documents."
"SignNow is the real deal when it comes to the management of documents and signing of contracts; it's very easy to use, cost-effective, and saves both time and cost, especially due to the lack of traveling from one place to another to sign documents."
"My advice for others looking into using SignNow is that if an organization needs a simple yet extremely efficient piece of software that allows your team to distribute, execute, and deliver agreements from anywhere, anytime, then SignNow is the real deal."
"As we work remotely in our organization, most people are not available in the offices, and the whiteboards in Miro Business - Enterprise have been a lifesaver for us."
"SignNow is a very intuitive digital signature service that is very solid and cost-effective."
"Before we had this solution, we had about 30% of customers that didn't sign agreements. Now that we have SignNow, that number has dropped to less than five percent."

Cons

"The solution's initial setup process was a bit complex…The administrative user interface used to create users and track templates and envelopes for our product is outdated."
"Currently, merge mapping can only be done within a specific object. If we want to do a merge mapping for related objects, we need to create a lot of automation."
"The area I think this solution can improve is user features."
"I'm not sure if this option was available; however, after having the form signed, I had to send it to a third party that would take the form and deals with it. There wasn't an option to have the forms, once signed, to a third party."
"I would suggest that SignNow improve by providing a summary of the document, as that is the one feature I think could be better."
"One of the areas that SignNow should greatly improve is on easier sorting of completed documents."
"The biggest downside or challenge for us was having to involve support to enable SSO."
"To improve SignNow, better examples of how to set up different use cases would be great, a referral program is needed, and direct integration with other tools would be highly appreciated."
"SignNow can be improved by having more granular admin roles, permissions, and some strong domain organizational controls."
"Additionally, SignNow APIs are extremely expensive; however, it is still much cheaper than DocuSign."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"AssureSign offers comfortable prices that are more affordable for clients. This is why many clients are attracted to AssureSign, as it is a cost-effective tool."
