Has significantly improved document-driven workflows and reduced processing time across finance and HR functions
Automation Anywhere has evolved significantly and upgraded itself to provide agentic AI and AI-based automation solutions for document automation. The product has matured considerably over time. We can create workflows that can call an API. We can include prompts in particular workflows for ChatGPT-related functions, connecting to an LLM and RAG to perform tasks. For document automation, modern features are available to train documents, ensuring high accuracy and repeatability over time. The system is very easy to use. I recently completed a course in document automation, typically designed for people involved in coding and technical aspects. Though I understand coding comprehensively, I don't do actual coding. The course was very accessible. Currently, extensive coding isn't necessary due to the hybrid model incorporating GenAI aspects, low-code, no-code capabilities, APIs, and numerous pre-built objects in Automation Anywhere. The features include GenAI-driven prompting methods and workflow creation capabilities. In these workflows, we can create decision boxes and call APIs without coding. We simply pull objects, drop them, connect them, and add minimal coding when needed. The most crucial aspect isn't coding but rather sizing the automation and fleshing out the details. Automation Co-pilot takes notes and performs automated analysis. It can extract details from videos, summarize conversations, and provide detailed information. During calls, it identifies instructions and performs tasks such as preparing reports and reconciliation. Automation Anywhere can also connect with Microsoft Co-pilot. Through Co-pilot, real-time operations can be executed, allowing direct interaction between vendors and automation through this component.

Managing compliance requests becomes efficient while peace of mind increases
The best features Kertos offers include the efficiency around having all our tools connected in one place, which gives us access to all the GDPR requests in one tool instead of in dedicated silos. Kertos makes it very easy for us and very time efficient to manage all things GDPR and compliance. Having everything in one place has helped our team by making the legwork in the GDPR and compliance field very efficient for us. Our team can focus on more strategic initiatives and really on the structure. They have way more time to focus on specific edge cases rather than spending the day doing the legwork, and this has saved our company quite a bit of money that we would otherwise have had to spend on additional resources. Kertos has positively impacted our organization by saving us time; without Kertos, to work on the volume of GDPR and compliance topics that we incur day-to-day, we would have to employ at least two or three more people full-time. This is definitely a huge saving on that end. Beyond that, Kertos has really given us a lot of confidence and peace of mind around compliance and GDPR topics because as a manager, I can simply log in and have all compliance and GDPR topics in one dashboard. I am definitely on top of things and know what's going on, whether we're compliant or whether we have open issues that we need to tackle, which has really helped us in terms of confidence and also ultimately our customers, as they can rely on fast responses in time-sensitive matters.

Powerfully simple legal software for processing, reviewing, and producing data
First of all, uploading the documents is super easy. You just throw it in a zip, and unless it's a PST, then you can throw it in directly. The process of tagging, and searching. It's got a greatly intuitive, advanced search mechanism. The best part of all is just the downloading of the actual Bates stamped documents, and then sharing them with other people. Then you can see when the other party has accessed it. So if they say, "I never got it." Then you can say, "Yeah, you did here. Here, you accessed it on this day at this time. So you did." It's like a date and time stamp. The dashboards are gorgeous. They have helped me through so many possibilities — I could talk all day about Logikcull. When you're getting ready to produce, it will say "You have things that are marked privileged." Or "You have things that are potentially privileged." What Logikcull does is gather as many email addresses for law firms in the world as possible. They will gather those email addresses, and then if there are any of those email addresses that come up, they will say, "These are potentially privileged. You might want to look at them before you produce them." They've got a good quality control mechanism within the program too. Eclipse SE doesn't because it's server-based, so you have to do quality control on your own. There's this built-in "Wait a minute. Don't produce, look at this first, before you do the production." It has really saved me a couple of times.
