Pros
"We can manage the entire system across the network and troubleshoot the pain points."

"It's a simple and humble tool.""The remote support and data collection features are great.""We have found the solution to be very flexible to our requirements. We have been able to configure it on-premise effectively when we were using less of the cloud.""Kaseya Traverse is a very stable solution and very sustainable in terms of what the market wants, what is out there, price-wise and functionality features. They're quite competitive and they are always innovating.""Everything is running seamlessly on the solution, to the point where you don't see any gap.""It is a pretty stable solution...It is a pretty stable solution.""Most of the features are pretty good and the solution is user friendly."

More Kaseya Traverse Pros →

"We find that Meraki has all the features you need to be able to enable complex network protocols for AV equipment. We deal with a streaming product over IP, and Meraki is fantastic at that.""It's a scalable solution.""The most valuable features are the ease of use and a single-pane-of-glass that allows us to identify issues across the entire network from one dashboard.""Meraki dashboard deserves an Oscar.""We greatly utilize the network because we can plug it into the DNS, VPN, or equipment. It's very good. Meraki Dashboard enhances wireless network management. We appreciate its flexibility, as it allows for easy suite configuration. We can handle everything on there when there's a policy or any other requirement.""It is very easy to manage. It has good security, and it is working well with our firewall.""The most valuable feature is ease of use.""We like how Meraki Dashboard lets you manage all the devices in a single pane of glass. The dashboard is intuitive and easy to use. They are constantly updating the functionality. Switches from other vendors have the same features for the life of the device, but Meraki is always improving."

Cons
"The Wi-Fi side needs improvement."

More Juniper Mist Premium Analytics Cons →

"Reporting is a bit difficult.""Reporting is tedious and not organized in the way customers expect.""In terms of what could be improved, we are innovating all the time, as well as having a look at different avenues so that the strategy follows the structure. I think the software is still a little bit too new to actually fully asses what it has.""The tool needs to have some AI capabilities, which it lacks currently.""We've noticed a few bugs as of late. However, this seems to only be in the reporting part of the product.""Kaseya Traverse can improve by adding a Service Map to help us create a configuration management database (CMDB), this would be helpful for us.""Dashboards and Central Protection were an issue. Also, database monitoring was not there. Even though they said that it was there at an additional cost, that tool was very basic. We couldn't have device configuration backup also."

More Kaseya Traverse Cons →

"For instance, you should be able to see if something has been blocked by a firewall rule by looking at a live log of traffic moving through the device. It helps you troubleshoot issues and understand if your rules are working. You need to ensure the firewall is blocking the right things. That's unavailable in the Meraki Dashboard. You have to send the logs to a log server. We use SolarWinds locally, but it's not natively built into Meraki. We're also using Cisco ISA and another tool called Smoothwall.""It is not appropriate for large, enterprise businesses.""The wait time to speak with a Meraki support engineer is always long, but they get the job done.""I’d like the product to allow for other solutions to be integrated with the dashboard as well.""The MDM, however, is bad. We're using another MDM now because Meraki was so bad.""The tool needs to incorporate more integration platforms. Integrating technical support features directly into the dashboard would be highly beneficial. This would allow technicians to troubleshoot issues more efficiently.""The solution can be expensive.""If I am a user and I have a seat on the fourth floor, if I move across the building, the system should be able to track me and should be able to figure out my whereabouts or my position within the building if I'm connected to the wireless. That would make the administrator's life easier in terms of reachability."
