Room For Improvement

Jira requires improvement in customization, usability, integration, and performance, while users seek better training resources for seamless experiences.
Monday.com for Enterprise needs improvements in user experience, customization, integration, collaboration features, system reliability, and pricing flexibility.
Trello needs enhanced time-tracking, communication tools, integration, scalability, mobile app features, pricing, onboarding, AI, and task management.
To improve Jira, maybe some AI features could be added.
The need for a stable connection is critical as there are network issues that slow our processes down.
I would like to have the ability to create more than two levels of subtasks in monday.com.
A way to manage an overall project with all the specifications, and then managing all the sub-cards related to that project.
It would be beneficial to have a search system that can pull up topics using keywords or AI-driven capabilities, making it easier to find relevant cards.
Each card move or addition results in a new email, so a digest or a better way to receive notifications would be helpful.

Setup Cost

Jira pricing increases with user count and plugins, offering competitive rates but rising costs for larger enterprises.
Enterprise buyers find monday.com's competitive pricing justified by extensive features and scalability, emphasizing tailored plans for cost efficiency.
Trello's free version suffices for many, but paid plans start at $6, offering a cost-effective balance of features.

Trello's interface is aesthetically pleasing for project management, and it enhances collaboration with other team members.

Customizable labels and the ability to modify cards streamline task management and save time
There can be bugs sometimes. When more than one person tries to edit the description at the same time, it can do some unexpected things. I would like to see that improved. Sometimes they add new features, which can be either welcome or odd. More control over email notifications would also be helpful.
