Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
"It was just chosen because somebody at the company said, "We need a meeting thing. Hey, go find a meeting thing." It wasn't me, but somebody else in the organization was like, "Alright, let's use GoToMeeting. It's free."""Pricing is reasonable. It's not expensive. The pricing is one of the great selling points for the product.""The solution worked well specifically for audio meetings.""It works, it's reliable.""GoToMeeting's security is very good. I've never known anybody to crash a GoToMeeting."

"It's nice that it's an all-in-one solution and everything is all in one place.""The most innovative feature of Office 365 is the Power Apps, which allows us to automate literally everything that we want automated. For example, sending attachments to specific folders on SharePoint, adding people's SharePoint when certain apps are performed, or emailing certain people at certain instances, such as when you've done a follow-up with the CRM and you need a marketing email to be sent out at a particular point.""If you have a global solution, you can go from one product to the other very easily. And then you can share data between all the different tools of Office which is good because participation and sharing is very good. That's the most important aspect of Office 365.""The most valuable feature is the integration between net and mobile devices.""Quarantine email alerts to users to allow the email to their inbox (tricky but handy) - tricky if one doesn't have third-party email security, handy if one has got good third party email security).""My primary use case is for preparing presentations to teach, often on PowerPoint.""There are all sorts of really good tools for use on the information security side that allow us to make sure that our people are doing business and doing business right.""The products are quite simple for the end-users to use, the up-time is very good, the product is practically maintenance-free, and the multi-layer security is excellent from the security standpoint."

"Sometimes we'll run into issues where firewall rules aren't set correctly and won't work.""GoToMeeting breaks down a lot. We're not sure if it's breaking down, but we start getting very erratic community channels. I don't know if it's because of GoToMeeting or if we're not buying enough bandwidth. Maybe it is just the infrastructure that it's running on. I'm not quite sure.""I didn't like the fact that they tried to make their new version look like Zoom.""The solution could scale a bit easier if you need to add more people to meetings.""The solution could always be more secure."

More GoToMeeting Cons →

"It could be more user-friendly for inexperienced people.""Normally, they have a way to work with specific developments, and I think they shouldn't allow the partners to make some changes they have made. When I have a client with a lot of changes, we have a problem with that because there aren't rules to develop inside the ERP, so you can do anything.""Performance-wise, Office 365 needs a lot of bandwidth. The problem is, the solution requires very high bandwidth and internet usage. Meaning, the desktop application consumes a lot of internet data. Sometimes, when the connection is slow, it won't work and it won't load. This is an area for improvement for Office 365.""Microsoft Defender for Office 365 could use some customization, but this area for improvement is trivial.""If two people update the same file, it causes issues.""As a private user, I do not appreciate the cloud features, but I doubt that this is something Microsoft would consider a feature request.""I would like to see better integration with Teams, and better usability with SharePoint.""Data protection and email security are almost the same for all the organizations, irrespective of their segment (SMB or enterprises), with standard subscription at least basic Data loss prevention and Advance threat protection can be enabled for SMB segments, it is available in enterprise version / Premium versions."
