Have improved decision-making with effective reporting
Several positive aspects about the product stand out as advantages. Valuable insights can be gained from the unsampled reports available in the product. The cloud type needs to be specified whether it's public, private, or hybrid. The overall rating for Google Analytics 360 is 9 out of 10, where 10 represents the best product.

Has a deployment phase that is really easy to manage
In terms of the tool's real-time data capabilities, I think there are a few issues where improvements are required. In my previous company, I saw a one-click delay. It was really difficult to take some tests or interviews that we wanted to conduct online on a specific page. If the customer comes from some other page and navigates through the pages, then it is nice, but if you want to make your first webpage easy to navigate and where you want to have the AVTS or small interviews, then we may face a real problem with the tool. The aforementioned area can be considered for improvement. When testing the tool, you have a URL, but with the cookie manager, we have only one for all the destinations. It is quite difficult to test first and then put it on production. We had dynamic links for different pages that you can click so that you can go to the privacy page, which can be different from the previous website or from what is in production to trace it. We have to put an extension with JavaScript associated with that, which is really difficult. It would be nice to have a cookie manager for development and a cookie manager for production.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Our organization has improved because we have solid data that we can use to analyze the impact of our public policies."
"The User Explorer is a definite favorite because it allows us to pinpoint a user and check their entire journey through our website including all the events triggered and the pages visited."
"It is packed with many of the same reports you'll find in high-priced solutions, especially concerning data relating to real-time visitor tracking."
"With Google Analytics, we obtain different metrics from all of the clients that enter our web environment."
"As an SEO and digital marketing professional, the two features I have found the most valuable about Google Analytics are the Acquisition tracking and the Goal tracking."
"The baseline creation of the tags is one of the tool's features that I like."
"Tealium differs from Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch. It allows you to manage different environments easily. For example, you don't have distinct environments in Google Tag Manager. When you want to work on development sites, preview the changes before publishing them to a production website."
"It's a nice tool, and the data from Tealium is more appropriate compared to other tag management tools."
"The tool offers a wide variety of extension stacks."
"The vast amount of native connectors that Tealium has in its marketplace is valuable to us."
"The tool helps us see the audience's journey."
"The product's initial setup phase is very easy."
"The product's deployment phase is really easy."

Cons

"Sometimes, the statistics are not updated in real-time and it takes a little time. There are pages where it updates faster than others."
"An area where I would like to see improvement in Google Analytics is the auto-syncing of functions in Google Tag Manager into Goal tracking."
"If you do not use JavaScript, you will be invisible to Google Analytics. If you have the option of JavaScript disabled in your browsers, you will be invisible to the data, since the tool will not be able to register you."
"Beginner users access the live help section a lot, because of how confusing it is, so it would not be bad if the function was located within the administration section."
"The sampling of data is definitely a pain point since we don't have an actual understanding of the data."
"They can improve their Android app."
"Tealium lags is in the tag templates."
"In the UI, some data is not visible. I think improvements related to bug fixing are needed in the tool."
"Sometimes, the extensions do not load properly before and after events."
"Sometimes, the trace ID does not work properly."
"You can do anything you need with Tealium and reach your goals. You may face difficulty finding talents using this solution as it is new to market."
"It would be good if the tool had a console inside it to help meet complex requirements."
"Tealium Customer Data Hub does not provide any reporting analytics."
"We did have a couple of incidences where the CDN was possibly not resolving."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The installation cost is really low and does not require a team with a super performance to run."
"The tool's price is somewhere in the middle, meaning it is not too expensive and not too cheap either. The pricing model comes with flexibility."
"It's not as expensive as other tools."
"Tealium's pricing can be expensive compared to others, but it's worth the investment due to its extensive features and capabilities."
"Tealium Customer Data Hub is an expensive solution, but it is not more expensive than Adobe."
"In Tealium, there is something called events, and the pricing is dependent on the event. You will be charged only if you have active data flowing it in and out."
"The price is based on event volume."
