Best suitable for small to medium companies and offers excellent technical support and training
The dashboard and reporting features of escala CRM have been beneficial because they are straightforward to use. Unlike other tools that try to do too much, escala focuses on simplicity, making it easier to train employees and adapt to our market needs. This simplicity is crucial for us, as extensive training can be expensive and time-consuming. The integration of Escala CRM with other tools is very good, particularly due to its use of APIs. Integrating with other applications is straightforward and standard practice, making it easy to connect with different tools as needed. Whether I would recommend escala CRM to others depends on the specific needs of the customer. If they require more than just CRM functionality, such as digital marketing capabilities, escala may not be a good fit. However, if they primarily need CRM features, it is worth considering based on its focus on small and medium-sized companies, excellent support, and training. Overall, I would rate escala CRM as a nine out of ten.

Automation and integrated analytics have transformed how my team manages campaigns and deals
There are a couple of things which I would improve in HubSpot CRM. There are limitations with user limitations. I would want a feature where certain users do not need to export data and I want to be notified if anyone is exporting. That feature exists for a certain number of users, but it should also apply to lower-level users who should be notified as well. Second, the analysis and insights need to be provided on a weekly basis. For example, I would want to see that in this week we sent an email to a certain number of prospects, information about which was my highest open rate email campaign and which was my lowest engagement campaign, and insights from HubSpot AI that can be utilized. I would want to know which subject lines we gathered that received more attention as a form of data analytics information. Additionally, if I have one hundred contacts today and a couple of them are not active, for example, if eighty contacts are active and twenty contacts have never opened my email, I would want to trash them because they are not engaging. That kind of information would be very useful.

"Ease of use is the most essential feature for us. HubSpot is intuitive, so you can learn everything just by exploring and trying it out yourself. The user interface is straightforward, and it's easy to pick that up."
"Through this solution, you now have the ability to do marketing campaigns, mass email automation, plugging you with your social media, your website, etc."
"When we cannot dedicate a lot of time to each of these, in terms of research and support, it helps us automate some small things and provides opportunities."

Cons

"It might not be suitable for larger enterprises."
"We had a problem with the tool’s stability once."
"The only thing that was tough was that the functionality was very dependent on the licensing level. So there were many things I wanted to do, but then I'd have to add on different licenses or purchase different add-ons."
"HubSpot CRM should include better scanning of business cards and getting content in."
"The only problem with HubSpot at the moment is the pricing models."
"The price of HubSpot CRM is expensive."
"There is no option to remove duplicate constant contacts. They are not restricting duplicates."
"HubSpot CRM could improve by reducing the price."
"We found that automated emails were challenging to manage in the tool. While the feature allows you to create dynamic email templates, it was difficult to tweak and fetch data associated with different objects, such as contacts and custom objects."

"The pricing is reasonable."
