This allows us to include more information on the contact profile, company profile, and other details, making it easier for our staff to have all the necessary information before contacting our customers.Additionally, having all this information in a centralized place is highly beneficial for us.

There are limitations with user limitations. I would want a feature where certain users do not need to export data and I want to be notified if anyone is exporting.

The biggest constraint with HubSpot CRM is their pricing. Their per-user pricing is on the higher side, and most of their enterprise contracts require a minimum one-year guarantee for any enterprise agreement.
