Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"My favorite feature is that you can have unlimited bots without having to buy more licenses. That's a powerful option for scalability.""The solution is user-friendly with a really good UI and ID.""ElectroNeek was extremely easy to use, especially its UI was easy to navigate with limited training.""The most valuable feature is the price.""The cost is the best thing about ElectroNeek.""We find the OCR feature very valuable, due to the corrector recognition that it provides; this is very useful for document processing.""The product's setup is straightforward.""The drag and drop feature, which is no code, is very useful for me because I am not a technical person. It is very user-friendly."

"The document processing engine is good. We're extracting around 70 data points from a given document, and we have an automated extraction rate of 80 percent for those fields.""We have seen Workfusion improve on accuracy and compliance... With the Workfusion model, we reduce human error and the need for further QC. We switch more to a QA process where we're testing whether the model is effective.""We have been very pleased with the speed and decisiveness of WorkFusion, which is able to quickly provide a disposition note or escalate to a human for additional review.""We can see that its competitive ability is quite good.""We need to analyze documents in order to understand them. We don't need to dedicate much time to this because WorkFusion's machine learning capabilities are very good. We can easily extract information and classify these documents. The document processing engine is very important to our organization because it is the center for many use cases, as we need to control the information contained in documents.""The most valuable feature is that it is easy to use.""WorkFusion's RPA Express's ability to scale across multiple geographies with limited impact on additional IT Hardware requirements. This has enabled the scaling of Robotics capabilities and solutions across all our entities.""The most valuable features are the Excel activities. It has a number of Excel activities that are quite reliable."

Cons
"The solution works well with Google Chrome, but not with Microsoft Edge, which is the browser we use for automation.""It's not applicable to very large enterprises and for difficult work or more complex processes.""The pricing is an area with a shortcoming, and from an improvement perspective, it needs to be made cheaper.""Its price could definitely be lower.""I think that this solution could improve remote desktop interactions.""The solution needs to improve its stability.""When I wanted to use web scraping for tables in web applications, I found through online forums that such functionality or activity is currently not working as it shows.""ElectroNeek comes with three activities and we cannot add activities like we can with uiPADs."

"We had some issues in the past, but it is fairly stable now. From what I hear, it is more stable in the later versions. With version 10.1.4, there were some issues relating to load distribution. However, it is good now.""We have executed our robots thousands of times in our enterprise environment. However, in an enterprise environment, WorkFusion has performance problems. It is slow in production.""The problem with the solution is that it is agnostic, so it's not made for banks. Sometimes we are challenged because of this. We have to make everything from scratch to make it work for our clients.""On a scale of 1 - 10 I would rate them a 6. That's not low - that 60%. But as I said, it needs to be upgraded and modified.""We have had some problems in the past with the Inspector tool that looks at the elements on the screen. Replacing it or improving it is needed.""The product needs to be "simple and easy" to use. A good example of this is the use of Python code to perform automations. It is free and the skills transfer is able to happen quickly and the operation and initiation of the completed automation is easy to execute.""We would like to see further improvement in the area of running headless.""So far, we have developed only one automation using machine learning. The results were less than optimal. Part of this could be because of the use case that was selected. Overall, our experience was suboptimal. WorkFusion was an outstanding partner in terms of providing their experts for free to help us on that particular use case, but we still have a lot of things to figure out in terms of how to use its machine learning capability."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "It's very affordable and the licensing is billed on a yearly basis."
  • "Its price could definitely be lower. Its licensing is on a yearly basis. There is no additional cost to the standard licensing fees."
  • "I believe we had a Silver Membership or something similar annually."
  • "I give the price an eight out of ten."
  • "On a scale of one to ten, where one is cheap, and ten is expensive, I rate the pricing a seven."
  • "My company has made a payment towards the purchase of a license from ElectorNeek."
  • More ElectroNeek Pricing and Cost Advice →

  • "Find it online."
  • "They have a very expensive license compared to any other automation tool. For instance, at $50,000 - $60,000, you can bring in an Automation Anywhere solution. For this solution, you need at least $250,000 to get something going."
  • "It is not the most expensive solution, but it is also not the cheapest."
  • "I can't speak to pricing. It's a contract signed by upper management."
  • "We are on an annual contract to use the solution."
  • "My client is using RPA Express, which is available for them to use free of charge."
  • "One upgrade took a year to do, from the first server being built to the last bot being migrated. This was because we had to migrate all our existing bots. This is the same process and time frame that we are expecting towards the upcoming upgrade. I will end up spending half a million dollars to do an upgrade."
  • "The solution was not the cheapest, but it was also not the most expensive. Workfusion was very open to negotiating pricing and to working within the objectives of our firm."
