"From a small firm perspective, Egnyte Connect is simple, it is easy to get users up and running the same day, and I have nothing negative to say about the software. I can't speak to how Egnyte Connect would operate in a midsize company or even a large Fortune 500 company, but, from our perspective as a small business, it is fantastic.""Egnyte Connect is a great application to save files.""It's easy to move files around, even to, for example, SharePoint.""I like Egnyte's recovery features. "The issue of my authorization token expiring pretty quickly was pretty annoying. On pretty much every update, it would expire on every computer. On every computer update, at the first opportunity, it would expire. When my computer got updated or the authorization got cut, my saved drives would get messed up. So, I had to reconnect them all. I was never able to set up a useful drive system with my local computer with Egnyte Connect. It would be a big improvement if there was a cached system so that when it loses connection, it can still save what kind of connections were set up, and when it reconnects, it repopulates all those. I don't know if that's even possible, but that's the feature I'd want.""It would be nice to see an integration of using an active directory to validate and authenticate users on our end as well as on the client user's end.""I would like to see a slightly more robust user interface for the desktop version. For example, it could be more seamlessly integrated with Outlook or other third-party solutions, so you don't have to leave one window to look at another.""As of right now, I have everything that I and my team need.""Before, when we were starting to use Egnyte, we were struggling with a lot of bugs with Egnyte desktop sync.""You cannot delete a file when you have uploaded it in error."

"It would be nice to have additional software, such as Microsoft Teams, since our basic edition, Google Meet, cannot record video.""The cost could be improved. It can sometimes be a bit confusing figuring out how we are actually being charged.""What needs improvement in Google Workspace is the Google Drive app, in particular, making the process of finding the shared and most used files and folders easier. The first time you get an invite to view a file or folder in Google Drive and you view that folder or file, it's pretty easy, but the next time you try to access it again, sometimes, it's a bit difficult to find what was shared with you. An additional feature I'd like to see in Google Workspace is the option to un-send messages in Gmail. Microsoft has a message recall feature, and this isn't available in Gmail, so it's the feature I'd like to be added to Gmail.""Google Meet can have a bit more functionality. It should show the views of more people. Right now, it shows just eight at a maximum, or six. When there are more people on the call, more than eight, everyone is not showing.""Some people complain that Google Mail is inflexible. It was advanced 10 years ago, but other solutions are cleaner and clearer.""Scalability is not as good as we would like.""Google Mail's spam filter needs improvement. If I'm sending mail to another email user, sometimes it goes to the spam folder, and they won't know unless they check because they aren't seeing it in the primary inbox. They may miss important emails. At the same time, I'm receiving spam that shouldn't go to my inbox.""Google Meet is a very good product, but it's not up to the mark if you compare it against other products like Zoom or Microsoft Teams."
