Security features have significantly reduced phishing risks and enhanced Microsoft 365 protection
The main feature of Check Point Harmony SaaS is the mail protection, which is very good. The AI and machine learning capabilities of Check Point Harmony SaaS are available to explore data, though I haven't used them yet. The real-time visibility and control features of Check Point Harmony SaaS are good; the screen provides information about logins and situations, showing how many phishing emails were received. I have seen a return on investment from Check Point Harmony SaaS, as it saved me significant time by preventing users from clicking on links that could lead to illegal cyber activity.

I'm currently working with On Demand Migration solution from Quest. I am providing feedback regarding my experience with On Demand Migration. I have used automated scheduling in On Demand Migration. I can run immediate migration or schedule it as per my convenience, but I have used the run immediately option because I needed it on an urgent basis. The effectiveness of On Demand Migration detailed reporting in managing migration progress is quite good, as there is a report option where I can see what migration got successfully completed, which failed, and even the problem ID and event ID, allowing me to troubleshoot easily on the demand portal. I have not explored the data filtering options. I have not explored data filtering for filtering the data. In terms of data security, we are using independent DLP for data protection in our organization. I have not explored features such as AI functionality or additional security aspects, as I have explored only On Demand Migration for mailbox, Teams chat, Teams channel, and OneDrive. For O365 to O365, it's a very good and easy tool, so I can recommend anyone using O365 to O365 tenant migration to go with On Demand Migration. My overall rating for this product is 9 out of 10.

Pros

"Check Point Harmony SaaS has an integrated function for all infrastructure, making it similar to an all-in-one solution, which is really efficient to monitor, and the visibility provides great security advantages."
"I rate Check Point Harmony SaaS ten out of ten."
"This is a very efficient solution."
"They have a sandboxing feature and are developing advanced threat protection technologies."
"Support is satisfactory. You can open tickets for support, and they will respond within a day."
"One of the best features with Check Point Harmony SaaS is that they provide a static IP to every customer who enrolls for the service."
"The user interface of Check Point Harmony is easy to manage and it's a good product."
"Harmony's report settings are quite useful. T"
"It's very easy to use. What I like is that if there is an error, for each task, I can find out what actually went wrong."
"The solution is really stable when it comes to mailbox migration and all of the following work very well: the mail content, the OneDrive for Business content, and migrating all Azure AD objects."
"We can see the issues that may come up during migration. We can handle multiple workloads using this since it connects with Microsoft 365."
"We can easily and simply work out the cost for any migration work that is required with the licensing model."
"The data is pretty secure."
"They have a demo version that you can test before you purchase it so you can see that it does what you need before you commit financially."
"The greatest asset is its nature as a SaaS product, offering exceptional scalability and flexibility, which are invaluable to us."
"The solution supports multiple workloads. We've got Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure under the same place. It's really easy to see the progress in each of those areas. It's very important to have everything in one place. Otherwise, we'd have to use different platforms to handle different parts of the migration."

Cons

"The rating is seven out of ten because sometimes when I create a support ticket, I don't get the answer I need, and some issues require escalation, which can be time-consuming."
"The support from Check Point rates as a seven out of ten."
"The solution needs to be configured correctly. If it is not, it will begin to generate false positives."
"There are some issues with the management part, especially in converting central configurations to local configurations within SmartConsole in Check Point Firewall."
"There have been complaints about the integration with mailing groups in Active Directory."
"Check Point does not have identity management features, which could be considered for future implementation."
"The solution could improve monitoring activity."
"It's definitely the Microsoft Teams functionality that has a lot of aspects where improvements are needed. Microsoft 365 Groups are tightly connected to Teams and there are a lot of improvements needed there as well."
"They should introduce a module for migrating power automation for users."
"In terms of Microsoft Teams, the only disappointment for us has been how the chats are migrated. They just don't look exactly the same as they would if you were logging on as normal. Obviously, when it comes to the user experience, you want the look and feel of everything to be replicated identically, and chats is the only part of it that doesn't look identical. However, it's not a 'car crash.' It's a slight deviation from what people would expect."
"We had some issues with migrating Teams."
"Their support interface is not so great because you need to go through several links before you can raise the ticket. Sometimes the interface freezes up, and there is some downtime. They give us some notice. It says at the top of the interface that there will be scheduled maintenance in a given region or there is currently an outage. You can see upcoming downtime in the portal and plan accordingly."
"One of the things that can be included is automation. For the matching and the migration process, they could put in some automation. I'm only allowed about 25 users at a time. If it's a large tenant, it takes quite a while to put them in the batches. If there is enough automation into that, that'd be perfect."
"The granting of consent for doing the different tasks is confusing."
"Quest On Demand Migration needs to simplify its migration with Microsoft."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"I thought On Demand Migration would be more expensive. I'm pleased with the cost that was quoted."
"It is quite cheap. Previously, I used to work for a big company, and they get quite a good deal, and now, I'm working for a small company, and even they get quite a good deal. So, its pricing is quite fair."
"The product had reasonable pricing until the beginning of this year. Now, the price is increased by 20%."
"I find the pricing to be cost-efficient for what you receive with the Quest product."
"We are fine with the tool's pricing."
"The solution is on the more expensive side, when you compare it not only to BitTitan but to other tools in the cloud market. Of course, you receive things like Quest's support organization."
"The pricing is in line with other products."
"It is more than fair for what you get."
