Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Supports unattended installs and image-based, script-based, or template-based provisioning.""Automates Java EE Application Deployment from an SCM system.""Integrates role-based access control with pre-configured policies for CIS, DISA, HIPAA, PCI, SOX, NIST, and SCAP documentation and remediation.""Assesses change impact or completes an audit using multiple dashboard views.""You can tie together your public and private cloud infrastructure into a "single pane of glass".""By allowing end users to request their own services, the request process for systems is much quicker and more accurate.""CLM has a multi-cloud portal because they have the resources to implement in various environments in various ports."

"The most valuable features in Zabbix are those that help us overcome bottlenecks in CPU usage, as well as reduce memory delay. I know that we have only reached the tip of the iceberg of what Zabbix's features can do for us, and we have not used all of them yet.""SNMP monitoring, source discovery, and alert triggering are most valuable.""We are able to monitor our virtual infrastructure, virtual machines, windows servers, databases, and the network using a simple network management protocol. We are able to pull almost all the metrics that we want, receive notifications, and have them integrate with telegrams for certain devices that are critical, such as UPSs.""Zabbix is both stable and scalable.""The initial setup was not complex.""The solution is open-source, easy to manage, and user-friendly making it easy for anyone to use.""It has improved our server performance monitoring overall. We know right away when there are problems. It has built-in statistics, so we can go back and see if there's spiking. We can check what's happening every day around the same time and check the configuration to see if there's something that's running and needs to be fixed.""Zabbix is scalable."

Cons
"The installation and configuration can be tricky due to it being built on Remedy.""One of the major problems is that support is not so good.""Needs integrations with other providers to provide a custom public cloud environment."

More BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management Cons →

"Even though it’s such a powerful monitoring system, it would be more helpful if it had a flexible UI.""I want Zabbix to improve the UX/UI. Zabbix doesn't use a JavaScript chart for images, and I want them to improve this.""The documentation gets a bit messy between versions and is not too detailed, which is a bit painful for first-timers, especially when they run into issues.""Implementation is always tailored to the customer and the kind of information we need from the client to carry it out can make them very uncomfortable. Sometimes the clients are not ready to share it.""Having a more customizable interface and dashboard would be an improvement.""The performance reporting could be improved.""The server monitoring could be better.""We had some scalability issues with a large number of nodes."

I have researched a quite a few network monitoring tools which can be used for various monitoring purposes of not only the servers, but the intermediate routers as well. There are majorly three types of these softwares. Ones which are completely open-source, you can do almost anything you want using these, but they require quite some expertise before you can use them. Then there are the ones that are not open source, the enterprise softwares and cost you some money, but on the other hand, they are extremely easy to set-up and learn. You can have them up and running in a matter of minutes. And then there are those which are completely cloud based. They can be free of cost or charge some money depending on the software. The good thing about these is that you don’t have to install any extra software, and it can be managed completely online but then again these have limited features and you cannot exploit them to the full extent as you can do with the open-source and to some extent the enterprise software, so I won’t suggest you to use these, because these are generally not the complete solutions and require other support software to achieve the same. Below I have listed the outstanding pros and cons of the various Network analyzers that you can look into Nagios Pros: Nagios offers an extensive set of collector plug-ins that allows users to gather performance and availability data from a broad range of operating systems, including  Windows and Netware Nagios… Read more →
